Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. This large 26 m2 bedroom (on the ground floor) includes an infrared sauna, double bed, sofa bed, equipped kitchen, small bathroom and 2 m2 toilet. NO TV! Sheets and towels are provided. Free parking 50 m from the accommodation.

A 5-minute walk from the shops, you'll have access to a supermarket with a gas station and a pharmacy.

The totally independent apartment consists of: 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed and 1 adjoining room with a dressing area and kitchenette, bathroom with walk-in shower, independent toilet. Our house is near the Loire river ("La Loire à vélo"), the ocean and Nantes. We have an independant apartment, perfect for couples and solo travelers. Quiet in a garden surrounded by stone walls. Possibility to park bikes in a garage (under owners' responsability).
