On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. Very quiet, large wooded garden, nice setting.

Deux belles pièces avec tout le confort. Situées sur l'itinéraire de la Loire à vélo et sur le parcours de l'Estuaire. Sur la commune du Pellerin, proche du Canal de la Martinière, des bords de Loire. Les plages sont à 30mn ainsi que Nantes. Les vélos sont en sécurité et à l’abri. Le logement est équipé d’un ventilateur.
