Apartment as advertised, quiet, very comfortable bedding, spacious bathroom, separate toilet, large living room/dining room/kitchen very well equipped. We had a very nice stay at Cristina's who was a very attentive and responsive host. All the amenities, the pool and the bus to Rouen are a stone's throw away, what more could you ask for? We'll be back!

Great apartment, great location, great host, great everything! Everything is done in the apartment to be comfortable, relax and feel at home, even better! The apartment is nice for cleanliness and you will find everything you need! The kitchen is complete and full of herbs, tea and different coffee, in short, everything is there :))) We've found our place to stay. Rouen :)))))

Superb accommodation especially with acceptance of a pet but difficult with an old dog (German pointer) because of the spiral staircase. Max and his wife are very nice people. I recommend it.

Seemingly bright, clean and tidy, a 10-minute walk to the historic center of Rouen. Easy communication with Sarah.

I would recommend this place for a long stay. The proximity to the residents is very pleasant, all the staff of the residence go in 4 to bring you satisfaction. You have to live in this environment to bring joy, listening and sympathy and remember that you are not the "priority", you are welcomed with generosity! The residents' meeting is rewarding. Thank you to the whole team for making my stay easier and for giving me your attention.

I made the decision to stay at Fabienne's place again for the second time, and I'm so glad I did. She had made a few small stylistic changes to the place that made it even nicer, and, as always, it was nice to see her. Such a wonderful host!

El Beuf is not a city of action and excitement. It a city of diverse culture and deep history. Everything is within walking distance and the location provided a great cross breeze to keep me and my family cool inside the home. My host was responsive and even attempted to resolve my internet issues (as I work remotely). Although we did not get it fully resolved, it means a lot that my host made the attempt. The unit is at the center of town, so as a disclaimer: There are pigeons, but they won't bother you if you don't bother them 😁. I recommend this place with 5 stars, and would rent again.

Great location as it was not in a busy neighborhood but was still very close and walkable to the main areas of the city. Great sized kitchen for two people and worked well for a month. On colder days being able to run the heaters was nice and being able to open the windows on warmer days for a breeze. Overall, really enjoyed the space and the beds were extremely comfortable.

Our stay went very well in Patrick and Dalila's accommodation. The apartment is very good for a short stay.
