Situé à deux pas des commerces ( boulangerie , boucherie , poissonnerie, restaurants ...) de son église, du marché, 5 minutes à pieds de notre plage et 10 minutes en voiture de Nausicca. Cet appartement vous offrira confort et détente afin de pouvoir découvrir notre belle commune et son littoral.

Beautiful apartment with balcony facing the sea located on the dike of Le Portel, on a lively street. You will be charmed by its exceptional location a short walk to the beach and close to amenities (restaurants, tobacco, groceries etc...) With an area of 40 m2, you will find a bedroom open to the living room, an equipped kitchen with sea view, a bathroom with shower, all recently renovated in 2022 with a refined and elegant decoration. The seaside annex

Sea view apartment with bedroom and private jacuzzi area with sea view. Hotel bedding for your comfort. Hot stone relaxation area, infrared and light therapy. Patio bathroom with kitchen area consisting of a fridge/microwave/hotplates/Senseo coffee maker and cutlery. The minimum is offered for "breakfast" (coffee, tea, sugar, 2 vacuum-packed rolls, 2 bottles of water, 2 bottles of orange juice). Hours are from 5 p.m. to 11 a.m. Enjoy your stay.

Le Portel, seaside vacation home

Our vacation home is halfway between the sea and the square. Large and bright, it has been completely refurbished and is bordered by a 20 m² terrace that has a large table and a gas plancha to enjoy the beautiful days. The house has been designed and equipped for a family vacation by the sea and to enjoy the entertainment offered by the municipality during the summer period. Off-season, the environment is quieter and more conducive to rest.
