With an area of 40 m2, you will find a bedroom open to the living room, an equipped kitchen with sea view, a bathroom with shower, all recently renovated in 2022 with a refined and elegant decoration. Une place de parking privée est disponible, dans la cour sécurisée. Il est orienté plein sud, très lumineux et ensoleillé.

Our vacation home is halfway between the sea and the square. Large and bright, it has been completely refurbished and is bordered by a 20 m² terrace that has a large table and a gas plancha to enjoy the beautiful days. The house has been designed and equipped for a family vacation by the sea and to enjoy the entertainment offered by the municipality during the summer period. Off-season, the environment is quieter and more conducive to rest.
