Appartement indépendant de 40m2 avec son verger d'oliviers, terrasse couverte, adjoint à la maison de propriétaire avec un accès séparé, au calme, 10 minutes à pied des commerces et à 10 minutes en voiture des plages. Piste cyclable à quelques pas de la maison. Hôtes parlent français, anglais et polonais. Nous sommes à la sortie du Pradet dans un quartier partiellement agricole, nous avons une petite ferme familiale de poules pondeuses et une petite plantation d'avocatiers en Bio.
