Holiday rentals with beach access in Le Pradet

Excellent stay. The apartment is faithful to the description, very well located with a magnificent view! We enjoyed excellent restaurants. A very nice walk to do on the coastal path of the peninsula of St Mandrier. we will gladly come back for a longer stay.

It was an incredible experience. The view from the hot tub and bed was so beautiful that it almost seemed unreal. Definitely again!

Very new, modern and very well-equipped apartment (including quality bedding and air conditioning), located in the hosts' property but totally independent, with a small shaded terrace just in front of the bay window and an outdoor water point if needed. Very pleasant to live in and functional, with secure access and the possibility of parking the car right next door, which is very appreciable. Close to the city center and not very far on foot from the first beach of Le Pradet (possibility to go by car if necessary, the parking lot is very large). Laeticia and Adrien are very responsive and friendly, and remain available at all times if needed so that the stay goes as smoothly as possible. The welcome aperitif is also an appreciable gesture... We therefore recommend it without any problems.

Marielle's place is lovely! Everything is upgraded and modern, and she has provided the comforts you would expect. The place is quiet and has a balcony that looks out over the pool and the lush garden, and even has a view of the sea off to the left. It's a quick walk to town with its waterside restaurants and its shops, and a quick walk in the other direction to get to the beautiful inlet park. Marielle was readily.available and very accommodating. The secure parking and secure residence also provides an additional safety factor that reduces travel anxiety. As someone who travels often and stays in Airbnb's often I highly recommend this beautiful place.

My stay was organized urgently, for family reasons. I'm glad I found this apartment, well located, quiet. Also happy with Morgane's welcome.

We spent a fantastic couple of days at Elodies place. It was spotlessly clean and very well equiped. The outside area was just beautiful, looking over the valley below with stunning countryside views yet only a few minutes walk to restaurants, beaches and shop. The pool was fab, lovely to cool off after the heat of the day. Would highly recommend staying here. Might be best if you have a car to see local sights but not necessary if you are happy to explore on foot & use bus. The house is up a hill which was fine for us but may not suit people with limited physical ability. We would definitely return! Thank you so much Elodie! Congrats on your little piece of heaven!

The owner was not present during the stay but his absence was excellently compensated by his neighbors who were charming and perfectly ensured arrival and departure. Very faithful to the description, the rental is furnished with great taste and is very functional. The private terrace provides an intimate outdoor access that is highly appreciated. Although located near the approach of one of the airport's runways, the noise (during the day only) is more of an inconvenience than a nuisance. Good equipment, comfortable bedding, efficient and discreet air conditioning. In summary, an excellent stay that will call for others, in this indeed atypical but very pleasant place located close to the Salins and Aiguade, offering shops and restaurants but also beautiful beaches and walking trails.

We had a great time at the cottage, the host is welcoming and available. The sea view from the garden is very nice and the beach is located a few meters away with a nice little restaurant! I recommend it for a good vacation!

Thank you to Christophe for his availability and kindness: he allowed us to leave at noon, so we could feed the babies before hitting the road. The arrival and departure times agreed with Christophe were respected with precision. Pleasant location, close to everything (shops, beaches) and quiet: we had a nice weekend of rest with the children and grandchildren in a very pleasant, clean and consistent with the description. Beds made and baby equipment made available to us as agreed. The grandchildren enjoyed the many games available in the house. Thank you Christophe.

if you are looking for a rental on the waterfront with a beautiful terrace, superb view and sounds of lapping while having an aperitif on the terrace overlooking the sea, then don't hesitate. You're in for a treat.

We had a great week. Audrey is very welcoming, bubbly, and reachable at all times if needed. Regarding the apartment, I try to find something negative but I see nothing. It is extremely clean, it smells good when you enter, storage galore (which is rare), an ideal area for a couple or even 3 people and of course a view of the beautiful port accessible in 2 minutes on foot. In short, to be redone as soon as possible.

The accommodation is very well located in a secure residence with lots of trees and private parking. The apartment is clean and well-equipped, the terrace is large and the environment pleasant with pretty plants and a beautiful red banana tree. you can walk to the village of Giens as well as on the salt road that runs along the beach and the ponds. we had a lovely stay.. Thomas was very responsive every time we asked him questions.

We had a grate stay in this apartment! There is very much space and a good equipped kitchen. The two plages are just a few feet away. The bathroom and the shower are also very comfortable.

cute studio, well appointed. It's small, but it's got everything. The terrace is great, and the view is incredible. The Bergerie beach is at the foot of the residence. We had a great stay, enjoying the sea 100%.
