Appartement sur 2 niveaux situé dans l’ancien quartier Pisan de la Haute ville de Bonifacio. Un 1er escalier en pierre vous conduit à la pièce à vivre, cuisine équipée de lave vaisselle, lave linge et sèche linge. Un 2ème escalier en bois plus étroit, vous amène à la chambre avec petit dressing et salle de bain, wc, bidet, lavabos et petite baignoire sabot. La terrasse est dans le prolongement de la chambre avec une superbe vue sur la Sardaigne. Deux chaises longues, parasols, table et chaises.

Ci troviamo a poca distanza dalle spiagge più famose della Costa Smeralda, a circa 5 minuti di macchina da Porto Rotondo e 25 da Porto Cervo. L'aeroporto di Olbia dista 15 minuti. La posizione è ottima.

The villa surrounded by a huge garden has spacious equipped verandas, and a beautiful private swimming pool completely reserved. It consists of a large living room with dining area, kitchen with induction cooktop, oven, fridge and dishwasher; two double bedrooms, one with direct access to the pool and a third double bedroom, two bathrooms with shower and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. In the garden there is also a beautiful BBQ area with pizza oven.
