Appartement situé à l'étage (pas d'accès PMR), tout près du centre, 5à10mn à pied de la gare, de la Réserve ornithologique, du port avec son Belvédère de 20m de haut, du plan d'eau (plage surveillée juillet/août). Commerces à proximité.

Parfait pour se ressourcer dans un cadre paisible. Le logement est non-fumeur (cendrier sur la terrasse). Animaux non acceptés. Fêtes et musique forte interdites afin de préserver la tranquillité du voisinage. Accès réservé aux voyageurs. Caméra extérieure dans le jardin à visée dissuasive.
