On the ground floor, the kitchen equipped with dishes, coffee maker, stove, oven, LV, washing machine. On the 1st floor, a large living room bathed in natural light that has a sofa bed, internet and TV On the top floor, a bedroom with a double bed. The ensuite bathroom equipped with a bath and shower. Linens are provided.

Fully equipped apartment in a quiet area, renovated, ideally located in the heart of Le Teil, close to all amenities and shops. It is a 15-minute drive from the CNP of Cruas-Meysse, 10 minutes from Montélimar train station and 45 minutes from Vallon Pont d'Arc / south Ardèche. The Teil train station is a 3-minute walk away. The bed can be arranged as two separate single beds or 1 double bed depending on the request. Parking spaces available in the street and 2 car parks 3 minutes' walk away.

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.
