Our apartment, bright and fully equipped, is located on the edge of the historic center. Rare: a garage is at your disposal. Air conditioning since 2023. Close to all amenities on foot (bakery...). The room overlooks a quiet inner courtyard. The pedestrian streets await you, the Cours Mirabeau, the Rotonde, are 500 meters away. The SNCF train station is 600 meters away, the bus station is 1 km away and the peaceful Jourdan Park is a stone's throw away. Close to the Granet Museum, Hotel de Caumont.

Property 20 minutes from Aix en Provence with breathtaking views of Sainte Victoire, so dear to Cézanne. This accommodation welcomes you with garden, parking. Independent access 40 m2 approx. Shaded patio with large sunny terrace. A 10x7 swimming pool in season (June 15/September 15) To share with us (on weekdays we work so...) An integrated kitchen open to the living room, dining area, TV, as well as a master suite (king size) 180x200 with bathroom and toilet, of course all air-conditioned. ❄️ 👍

Small air-conditioned wooden house

Small independent wooden house on 2 levels (28 m2 in total), behind our own house. Parking in front of the house. 100 m from shops, 150 m from the bus stop. It is more suitable for 2 people (but 4 beds possible (140/190 bed on the 1st floor + 140/190 sofa bed on the ground floor, small children's convertible). Big dogs would be a problem in this small space! Broadband internet but no TV! Sheets ,towels provided and basic products (coffee, tea, household products, toilet paper, etc.)

Small 13 m2 studio located in the heart of the historic center of Aix-en-Provence with rooftop views. You will be enchanted by stunning sunsets. At the center of all activities: farmers' market every morning on the square side, restaurants, shops, museums... Close to everything, but quiet, you will enjoy a small serene and exotic cocoon. Paid parking nearby: Cardeurs (1-min walk), Pasteur (5-min walk). Please note that the studio is located on the 5th floor WITHOUT ELEVATOR.
