This authentic wine cellar located in the heart of the northern Médoc, 17 km from the beaches, offers an atypical living space of 800 m2 containing our home and a 215 m2 cottage. You will have three air-conditioned bedrooms each with a shower room and separate toilet, a huge living room with equipped kitchen. Finally, separating you from our home, you will find a game room with an American pool table and… A skate bowl! Bikes and surfboards can also be provided.

Wir heißen Dich hier in unserem zweiten Zuhause willkommen. Genieße in Ruhe die Abendsonne auf der Terrasse am Pool oder einen Spaziergang am Strand. Ein privater Parkplatz ist vorhanden.

Das Tiny House wurde von einer Architektin entworfen und 2025 gebaut. In der Straße gibt es eine Abkürzung durch den Wald zm Strand (4 Minuten zu Fuß).
