The privileged location in a cul-de-sac guarantees absolute peace and quiet, while being just a stone's throw from the shops and only 6 minutes' walk from the beach. You can do everything on foot. The flat has a magnificent 3.5 m high ceiling with a large living room of around 22m2, 1 bedroom of 9m2 and a well equiped kitchen.
