Great caravan very clean and left some nice snacks and all your extra like tea and coffee and cleaning up stuff … Was perfect stay very cozy and amazing views of the lake and sunset :-) Thanks Samantha Will be back soon Darren Appleton.

I didn’t stay there myself, I booked the place for my co-workers coming over from London , but they said the place was very nice!

Lovely place to stay with family. Only downside was strength if Wi-Fi! When you have a professional gamer in your party this can be annoying! Other than that the place was ideal for us visiting as a family, comfortable beds, with lovely walks for our little dogs too..thank you

The cottage was exactly as described; modern, warm, comfortable bed and lounge, every amenity that could be required, and tastefully decorated. Secure courtyard and surrounding fields ideal for my dog. Great host. Highly recommended.

Absolutely perfect from booking to checking out. Richard is an incredible host with everything you need. If you have kids, this is the place. Our 6 and 4 year old loved swimming multiple times, reading the kids library of books and playing with the many toys at the house. You can’t get any better than these hosts and this house.

Jean is a great host- very welcoming, clear instructions and interesting local recommendations. Waterside Retreat is in a smashing location, right on the small lake, close to the country club. The lodge is spacious, clean and well stocked with everything you might need for your holidays and more. We also used the gym- it was well equipped, had a delicious Sunday roast at the country club and walked the dog along the nature trail and to Tydd St Giles- surroundings are very peaceful and beautiful. Uber-eats delivered to our lodge, no problem. Also, it was an easy 1 hour drive to Cambridge to soak up some culture. Overall a great Easter break, in a fabulous lodge.

What can I say about The Firs? The word luxury doesn't do it justice, as soon as we walked through the door we were in ore of the building and it's surroundings. The amenities were fantastic, our personal favourites being the balcony with sun lounges, hot tub and pool table! The house is also decorated with a stylish, luxurious The decor. The kitchen is a stand out feature The owners were reliable, had brilliant communication and even gave us a recommendation to a beautiful restaurant called Quayside Hotel! They couldn't do enough. The on site groundsman was also super friendly and even borrows us his tandem bike! We will be back next year!

A really lovely lodge in a beautiful, peaceful setting. It was so well equipped; had everything you could possibly need and more - the welcome basket and additional extras were very thoughtful and made such a difference. The owner was incredibly helpful with excellent communication and everything was exactly as described. We hope to return next time we visit family in the area and would highly recommend.

A smashing place to stay. Accommodation exactly as described, spotlessly clean. Mike and Jayne are perfect hosts. The little extra gifts were very much appreciated. Would certainly recommend this property and we hope to revisit in the future.

Lovely host, immaculate house, and overall a great stay. Can’t recommend enough to anyone thinking of staying in the area. The house was spotless throughout, was exactly as advertised, and the perfect place to stay. Caroline was super helpful and accommodating, which made the stay all the better. Really reasonably priced too considering all of the above. Would definitely use again.

As soon as we saw the Garden House we relaxed straight away, it is a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful scenery and birds. Isabel’s handbook had lots of information and great instructions to walk around the estate and meet the sheep. The welcome pack was superb! Thankyou! We slept so well with the bird song waking us. We did venture out but it was great to get back to the comfort of the Garden house. I met Isabel who is a wonderful lady. We do hope to be back again Mary and David

What a lucky find! I met Caroline when I arrived at the property and soon felt like I’d know her for ages. She is a friendly, warm and lovely lady. ‘Little Gem’ is certainly the right name for Owl’s Hoot. It was immaculately clean and I could tell that a lot of thought and love had gone into the property. The kitchen was well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils and there was plenty of information about the property and the surrounding village provided. I loved my visit there an£ would very highly recommend this property.

it's the second time we've booked Lorna's place for our team. we find it convenient, spacious and better and cheaper than hotel rooms. We love the amenities provided and how responsive Lorna is as a host. very highly recommended to all.

A comfortable, calm space for a short stay with our two dogs. The garden was perfect for what turned out to be very hot weather. Plenty of shade and seclusion.

We went for a girly weekend away and this place was perfect for that ! The place is really lovely exactly like the pictures.

This place was lovely and matches the images exact. So big and clean and was perfect for our little get together. Only issue was that it was very hot! However the owner was lovely and dropped off more fans for us. He was very responsive whenever we had any questions. They do have AC coming in soon so that heat won't be an issue. I would definitely think about staying again in the winter to experience a cosy winter vibe.

We had a wonderful stay at Benjamin’s Airbnb! The house is beautiful, recently renovated with modern amenities, and immaculately clean and tidy. The surrounding area felt very safe and peaceful, yet it’s conveniently close to main roads, making it easy to get around. Benjamin was a fantastic host – very friendly, with clear and helpful instructions throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay!

another great stay, so glad i found it. Right next to city centre (well, the older part anyway) yet really quiet too. Its pretty perfect for 4-6 people (would fit another if there was a camp bed in the little snug room....?), really roomy and convenient, will certainly be back. Now we have discoivered Cafe Misto next door with great Italian food (cheap, tasy, huge portions) we def look forwards to a return.

This cottage offers an outstanding experience. We appreciated the generous parking, comfortably fitting 2-3 vehicles, and the well-maintained garden spaces. Inside, the property presented as a beautiful and inviting home that wonderfully met our needs. The attentive care from both the hosts and the quality of the accommodation truly enhanced our visit. I wholeheartedly recommend this cottage to prospective guests.

Loved staying in the area to visit a friend. The house is absolutely huge and very comfortable. There's tons of parking space for your vehicles and the back garden is perfect summer activities. The kitchen was extremely well appointed and served my needs well. The host, Fabrice, was extremely accommodating to any of my requests and always responded very quickly. The shops are so close and very walkable, and the train station is also very close. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit.

The house is beautiful! High ceilings, large rooms, clean and in a wonderful location. Very private. Andrew helped me with any queries and questions I had to the run up of our stay, and responded very quickly. On our first night there Andrew went out of his way to help us, which he didn’t have to do, and we were most grateful! Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and felt right at home!

Stayed here for a couple of nights for my wife’s birthday. Had a lovely time in a lovely home. Really peaceful area, checking in and out couldn’t be easier and the house is really clean and well presented. Great communication from the host 100% recommend. Also would like to recommend the bees knees pub a few doors down, great pub with incredible food

If you’re on the fence about booking this place, do it. Absolutely fantastic stay, immaculately decorated and spotlessly clean. Kate was a fantastic host who also provided some essentials for our stay which was so thoughtful. What a beautiful home and so peaceful. Everything about mill house and the host was fantastic, will definitely be back

Our stay at Claire and Neil's idyllic barn conversion annex was absolutely flawless! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the immaculate cleanliness and the thoughtful, generous welcome package that awaited us. Their communication was fantastic throughout, making everything incredibly smooth and stress-free. The high quality of the stay all round was evident in every detail. We particularly loved relaxing in the beautiful garden and on the decking area, which provided the perfect tranquil escape. We can't recommend this gem highly enough – a truly outstanding experience!
