We had a great stay at Alister’s place. It was the perfect location for us to enjoy a week of skiing at Vail, Beaver Creek, and Keystone. His home is clean, well equipped, and a great size for our family of four. We were able to access skiing with ease and were happy to return to his condo for either a home cooked meal or an easy walk or drive to downtown Frisco for dinner after a long day on the slopes. I highly recommend and would stay here again. The only word of caution is that the garage space is tight if you have a large SUV!

This was a wonderful place to stay at! This is a perfect spot to come back home to after a fun day exploring the town and enjoying the beautiful surrounding area.

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL property and even more wonderful hosts!!! I have been on the road non-stop for 4 weeks and I feel terrible that I am just now leaving a review almost 2 weeks late! These people deserve a shout from the mountain top!

This log cabin style home is beautiful and warm in the freezing winter months. Having a full kitchen and laundry machines is nice. The high altitude of this whole area is no joke to those of us from lower altitudes though! I found myself out of breath frequently the first day, so take it easy going up the stairs. It is also rather low humidity, so pack lip balm for sure. A humidifier for sleeping would also be nice in winter months. But those altitude/low humidity considerations which would be an issue at any house here. This location has convenient access to Ski Cooper and the town of Leadville. Having two showers is great for families, and there are heated floors which are awesome in the cold months. The host was quick to reply for the few questions I had.

This place is exactly as advertised. Very clean and cozy for a couple. Easy to get in and out. Parking close by. Walkable to all the great downtown BV spots and also an easy drive to everything fun to do in the area - rafting, hiking, hot springs. We loved it and hope to be back!

Can’t say enough good things about Dana’s place. Perfect spot for two. Quiet, private and beautiful views. Place was clean and very comfortable bedding. Will stay again my next visit to Leadville!

Beautiful place to stay in Breckenridge, it was very clean and we loved being able to walk into town. Quiet location and the parking garage was a big plus! Would definitely stay here again, great place and great host!

This was a great stay! Loved that it was walking distance from the wedding venue, restaurants in town, hiking trails, and the disc golf course. The place was peaceful and had a very scenic view. Savannah was a great host and was responsive and helpful, and her local recommendations came in handy. Would stay again

This is a fabulous condo in an excellent location, just a few steps from the lifts. It was warm, cosy, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed! Highly recommended!

We had an amazing time staying at this property. It is ideally located close to the city center, providing easy access to stores, restaurants and other fun things Breckenridge has to offer. 10/10 would recommend. Would definitely love to stay here again in future visits to Breckenridge!

found this spot while traveling and riding at breck. it is a bit far (30 min), but it was a great place to stay. Bed and pillows were great! The secluded nature of it and the rural surroundings were very peaceful and nice at night. So many stars to see at night! I would recommend as long as you are okay with the distance. Dave and Miriam were sweet and friendly hosts!

The lace was in a great location The place had everything you needed. Right down Main Street Would like to visit again

We had an exceptional stay at Kristy’s place. The condo was absolutely spotless and thoughtfully designed, with every detail covered—from clear instructions for the appliances to a fully stocked kitchen with coffee, spices, and all the essentials for cooking. There were even games and toys for the kids. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax, and the peaceful river behind the condo added to the serene atmosphere. We also loved having a dishwasher and washer/dryer with detergent provided, and all the conveniences that made our stay hassle-free. Kristy was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. This condo truly exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return! Highly recommend!

The house is in a great location in downtown Buena Vista. Walkable to restaurants, shops, the river trails, close to everything yet still in a quiet location. Parking is on the street and fills up during the day but by 9:00 pm is pretty empty. The house was spacious, comfortable king size bed, really large bathroom, my husband had to work so having the large desk/workspace area with good wifi was a plus. The kitchen area is small but good for quick meals and snacks. There are several great options just steps away though for food and drink. It was just me and my husband but the place is large enough for a family.

We have been on the road since April, this has to be one of the best places we stayed! The balcony overlooking the lake was mesmerizing! We had lovely walks about the lake and got to listen to music while having a glass of wine! We’re so grateful to have been able to stay here! Erin went above and beyond to communicate with us about our stay. Made it so easy Peezy and comfortable! Thank you, Erin for having us!

kevin and Vanessa, We had a wonderful stay! The place was cozy, spotless, and perfectly located just a short drive from Breckenridge. The host was incredibly nice and accommodating, and we loved the thoughtful welcome note and goodies. The binder with recommendations and instructions was also super helpful. The grill was great for cooking. Overall, it’s a fantastic, well-kept place with a warm atmosphere we’d definitely stay again!

We loved Jill’s cozy mountain condo! It was super comfortable and perfect location for exploring Frisco and the surrounding trails. We brought our pup and 7yo and they both enjoyed the deck and our daughter enjoyed the pool! Super responsive hosts and allowed for a flexible check in which we really appreciated!

Easy check in at the front desk. We’ve stayed here before (through hotel). Joshua made it all easy for us. Overall great trip!

Great place in a great location. Perfect with 2 young kids. It was clean, as-described, nice pool and hot tub and it was very convenient to have kids plates and silverware in the kitchen. It was very nice to sit in the morning and listen to the river and look at the mountains on the balcony. It is within walking distance of several restaurants and things to do next to Keystone ski resort, most of which were closed during our visit, but the host warned us of this ahead of time and we went in the off season for a reason, so this was not an issue. This place is a great starting point for a Rocky Mountains vacation, we would stay here again.

This was a great little spot for us and our two fur babes. It was so close to downtown Breck, easy to go back and forth. Noreen was so kind, flexible and made sure we felt comfortable. We were able to contact her when needed, otherwise we had privacy. Would stay here again!

I will say overall it was amazing! However when we arrived we found out the elevator was out our entire stay so that was annoying and exhausting but we go used to it. The room also states it has AC, it does not, but there are 4 fans there we used in the windows and it got more than cold enough at night for us. The pool to our building was also out but when I reached out to Indukuri he was more than helpful and very apologetic, was unaware of the issues, and immediately tried his best to fix it for us. I know it was out of his hands, it was just frustrating all at once. He understood and figured out we could use the other buildings pools and hot tubs, offered to bring an ac unit over himself and install, He even offered his own collapsing dolly for a picnic at a local river. He took great care of us and the room was great overall and had everything else we needed, it had Roku that made it easier for my toddler to enjoy vacation too, I would definitely come here to stay again!!!

Great place. Updated nicely. Comfortable beds. Nice bathrooms. Close to bus stop. Perfect for a crew of 4-5.

The condo was everything we hoped for and more. We’d been to the area several times before but Peter and Kate offered any suggestions we might want. The location was perfect for walking around Frisco but a block off Main St. so still quiet enough. The condo was so comfortable and very spacious. Checking in and out were simple! And anytime we did need anything, our hosts were right there.

Justin and Heidi’s home was the perfect place to spend a weekend skiing in Breck. Right next door to the Snowflake lift made ski in/ski out so easy. Very easy walk or bus to Main Street. The place was perfectly cozy, from the decor to the fireplace. Justin and Heidi were very communicative, and parking was a breeze. Could not recommend more highly.
