House holiday rentals in Leadville

Great place to stay with lots of room for everyone in our party. Close to various ski areas and the town of Silverthorne has everything you need for a great visit. We greatly enjoyed the amenities center and the hot tub/heated pool. Highly recommend!

This is a small, ground-floor one-bedroom condo that is a three minute walk to the Gondola. Comfy small bedroom. Nice largish bathroom. Good fold out couch. Small table that fits four. Perfect for 2 or 3 adults, or two adults and two kids. Everything inside seems new. (Looks like a complete renovation within the past year – we could not find a ding in the paint anywhere.) Good set of kitchen stuff. Anything that might be problematic (e.g., how to pull out the couch or whether the window lock is on or off) is clearly marked. A surplus of hangers. Plenty of towels. One gets the sense of a host who has thought through everything. The management company is a mile down the road and was pleasant and helpful in picking up the keys. If you want a reasonably priced place right by the slopes I can't imagine anything better.

We had a fantastic stay and the house is amazing. The experience lived up to the pictures and reviews - the property is spacious, modern and well appointed. It ticks all the boxes required for a great holiday. Check in / communication was all smooth and we had no issues with anything during the trip.

We loved staying at Tyler’s place for the weekend. The place is very quiet, my daughter was able to sleep very well despite being a place away from home and her difficulty to sleep overall. The apartment was also very clean and just like it looks like in the pictures. We would love to come back in the near future. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you Tyler!

This unit was perfect for our girls' ski trip. It was great to have three bathrooms and lots of stocked items! There is a great view from the deck and we especially liked the hot tubs, steam room and sauna after a full day of skiing. It was so easy to get over to Copper Mountain and a quick trip back at the end of the day. It was also nice to be in a quiet area with plenty of parking! Frisco has many great restaurants and cute shops within walking distance! (I even found two geocaches when I was out and about.) Nicole was very responsive and the binder in the unit was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our weekend stay for a girls spring skiing trip! This home is stunning inside and out with so much natural light throughout situated on the very top of the neighborhood mountain side overlooking gorgeous views. We especially loved that it backed up to forest land which made it feel so very private and immersed in nature. We even had a special fox visitor in our backyard two days in a row. It really had everything we could’ve asked for! I would 100% stay here again.

Our stay at Solstice was an unforgettable mountain escape—equal parts luxurious and welcoming. The home was beautifully designed with every amenity we could think of, from plush beds and a fully stocked kitchen to cozy fireplaces and a private hot tub with breathtaking views. We especially enjoyed hiking the extensive trail systems right from the property, with epic views around every turn. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and the hospitality from Tina and her team was top-notch—responsive, gracious, and truly heartfelt. If you’re looking for a peaceful, upscale Colorado retreat that feels like a true home away from home, this is it.

Very clean and comfortable place with a beautiful mountain view. Place is as advertised in the pictures and has everything you could need. The dog had a blast and so did we!

Leslie’s place was a great stay. It was a quaint and older home, but it was perfect to use as home base for a week of skiing at a reasonable cost. Right down the street from a beautiful walking trail with great views of the mountains, too!

There are many thoughtful touches to make guests comfortable: extra blankets and pillows, fan with remote in each room, drawers in the closet for easy unpacking, to name a few. Our favorite part was the path down to the river.

The house was great! 3 separate bedrooms and 2 full baths were great for us. Nice washer and dryer. Well appointed kitchen with new full size appliances. An easy and pleasant walk to any of the historic Leadville businesses, restaurants, and bars. The Wi-Fi worked great, nice TV with very large leather sectional sofa. We would definitely reserve this place again for future visits!

Evening Star is a beautiful home. Purpose of our trip was Spring break skiiing at Ski Cooper. The location was perfect...2 min drive to Ski Cooper. The house is off grid, which kinda concerned me a bit. I talked to host Kurt before finalizing our plans and he reassured us that we would not even notice. And he was right...never noticed a difference. Earthlink satellite wi-fi was no issue...no issue with phone calls, connectivity, and the television was equipped with roku and streaming apps worked. The house stayed warm, no issues with electricity. We cooked in the kitchen and used the propane grill to make burgers. We were a party of 9 (ranging in age from 18 to 57) and there was plenty of room for everybody. The younger ones enjoyed trekking around in the snow, the older ones enjoyed the views from the cozy warmth of the indoors. We got tons of snow and it was beautiful. I would recommend this property to anyone looking at visiting Ski Cooper and/or Leadville. Thank you!

great house right in Leadville, had everything we needed. We will have to come back in the summer to enjoy the giant yard!

We will definitely stay again. This house felt so much like home and was so comfortable. The backyard was amazing. The amenities left at the house were very appreciated. It was a huge backyard for the doggos and us to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings.

We had a great stay! The beds were comfortable, the temperature was easy to adjust, everything was clean and the house is walking distance to Harrison. It also had other things to offer, like coffee and tea, hot chocolate, extra toiletry supplies, and everything we needed in the kitchen. We'd definitely stay here again, thank you!

This place was beautiful inside and out. The view was amazing. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen and pantry as we cooked all of our meals at home. The sauna/shower was also nice, especially with the altitude of the spot. The road to the home was pretty rocky so if you’re driving a lower car, be mindful of that. Overall, a great place to stay!

Loved this house and highly recommend! Stayed for a ski trip with our family of five (3 teenage sons). Great location in newly developed Railyard just a couple of blocks from Highway 24. Minutes from downtown and within eyesight of Safeway. Less than 15-minute drive to Ski Cooper. The layout of the house is great for a family. Entry level has a living room with TV and seating for all 5 of us, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and bedroom with bunk bed. Upper level had a bathroom and bedroom with desk workstation. Lower level had a bathroom, bedroom and second living room with couches, TV and desk with workstation. The kitchen was one of the best I’ve ever had in a rental. I’m a cook and the gas stove was great. Pots and pans were great and there was plenty of dishes/cutlery. We had a minor issue when we checked in and the owner Tim responded immediately and not only fixed the problem but treated us to dinner, way above and beyond. The house was great, and Tim was great. Beautiful home! Very peaceful with awesome views and just a short drive into town. If you're looking for a place to relax, get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and spend time with friends or family, this is it!

The house was clean, cozy, and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The location was great - close to everything. We loved the architecture and decor of the house which seems to reflect the history of Leadville. Also, Jenn was awesome. So kind and responsive. We would stay there again.

This lovely house in Leadville was great for our little ski vacation. We had a great time. Close to our destination, easy to get in and out, and wonderfully set up for families. We were grateful for the many touches that helped accommodate our young kids, from the kids books upstairs to the toy collection, safety covered outlets, etc. The home was cozy, as described, and suited our family group of 13 comfortably. We would definitely stay here again!
