Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Das teilweise über 400 Jahre alte Haus, welches ursprünglich zur Herstellung von Milchprodukten diente, wurde umfangreich saniert, wobei das Resultat eine Wohlfühloase aus modernem Komfort und uriger Gemütlichkeit ist. Gerne wollen wir unser Haus an rücksichtsvolle Gäste vermieten, die dieses Kleinod wertschätzen.

Das Ferienhaus Bergwelt-M ist ein 300 Jahre alter Hof mit Bauernhaus, Scheune und Stall (der nicht mehr genutzt wird) in Schröcken am Arlberg in ruhiger Lage mit Blick auf die Berge. Im Bauernhaus sind mehrere renovierte und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnungen und Doppelzimmer.
