Von dieser Unterkunft aus ist man in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Our 80 sqm apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, directly below King Ludwig II's fairytale castle Neuschwanstein and overlooks Hohenschwangau Castle. In 15 minutes you will be on foot at the Alpsee and on the ascent to the castles. We start many beautiful hikes/ bike tours. Schwangau is 2.6 km away, Füssen 4.2 km away.

This lovingly renovated, 68 m² old building apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. The couch in the living room can be converted into a comfortable double bed. In front of the house there is parking and seating. The apartment is in a perfect location to explore the Lech Valley or visit the royal castles. Wie auch schon unser Appartment und unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich das neu renovierte Ferienappartment "Ludwig" im Herzen der Füssener Altstadt mitten in der Fussgängerzone. Alle Geschäfte, Restaurants und Bars sind auf kurzem Weg zu erreichen. Der Bahnhof ist 5 Minuten entfernt. Die Schlösser Hohenschwangau und Neuschwanstein sind 4 km entfernt und sehr leicht erreichbar. Die Umgebung bietet Freizeitspass ohne Ende das gesamte Jahr über.

At the edge of the medieval old town, immediately at the historical city wall, our 4-room-apartment is located on the first floor of a luxurios old town art nouveau villa, which is under monumental protection. The villa was completely renovated in 2015. The villa is in the heart of Füssen, just a stone´s throw from the old town and Füssen´s main station. The bus station to Schloss Neuschwanstein is only meters away.

From the house you can start several small hikes (e.g. to the castle ruins or to the Faulensee), otherwise you can of course also get to the mountains quickly.
