It consists of a bedroom for 2 people, bathroom with toilet/ bathtub/washing machine/dryer, as well as the kitchen-living room with TV and sofa bed for another 2 people. Charming & comfortably furnished attic apartment with high ceilings, exposed beams, sunny west balcony, fireplace and open living/dining area families suitable. Our 80 sqm apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, directly below King Ludwig II's fairytale castle Neuschwanstein and overlooks Hohenschwangau Castle. In 15 minutes you will be on foot at the Alpsee and on the ascent to the castles. We start many beautiful hikes/ bike tours. Schwangau is 2.6 km away, Füssen 4.2 km away.

The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.
