Small apartment in Imst-Sonnberg with a terrace

A small apartment (approx. 15 square meters) for 1-2 people awaits you above Imst. A terrace is available for your personal use via a separate entrance. Parking is available. Behind the house there is a beautiful forest path via which you can walk in approx. 20 minutes you can reach Hoch-Imst with numerous leisure activities (mountain railways, swimming pond, Alpine coaster, restaurants, ski resort). The city of Imst can be reached by car in about 5 - 7 minutes.

World-famous skiing resorts are within a 25 min drive (ISCHGL, SANKT ANTON). Smaller resorts like Landeck are within 5 Minutes. There is also a direct 15 minutes Bus ride to the See resort. The bus station is 100 meters on foot. Free covered parking on top of the building.

In the Austrian Alps in the heart of Landeck is this small, west-facing, 56 square meter garden apartment. The train station (long-distance transport) is a 10-minute walk. In the immediate vicinity there is a pharmacy and a Spar. The city center and swimming pool are within walking distance. The surrounding skiing and hiking areas are also connected by bus. For those with a car, there is also a parking space at the house.
