Villa "Huisje Doorn"

This historic villa, dating from 1910, boasts a unique style and is located opposite Huis Doorn Castle. Because the villa is used as an office during business hours, the beautiful bedroom with a queen-size bed and large ensuite bathroom, modern kitchen-diner, and terrace with a veranda are offered as an Airbnb on weekends and holidays. The second floor features a living room with a smart TV, two bedrooms with double beds, two showers, toilets, and a kitchenette. A crib is also available.

The house is full of comforts and offers views of the water. With no less than five terraces, including two cozy verandas, one with a wood-burning stove, there is always a place to relax. The bathroom has a lovely rain shower. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed. On the first floor is a double bed in a separate open space. The large lawn is perfect for a game of soccer or badminton!

The Findament.

Our original luxurious holiday-let provides you with peaceful surroundings and beautiful views. The house has been built on the edge of the forest and has views over the fields. It has been built in the same style as the main house that on the same estate. Both houses have a zero carbon footprint. We use earth heat, solar panels and ground water from our own well. There is also a large vegetable patch which adds to our self-sufficiency.

Manor in the country near Amsterdam and Utrecht

Our house is in the countryside and surrounded by a huge garden and at the same time close to Zeist and Utrecht and at an half hour drive of Amsterdam. Because of the gate it is perfectly private. It is in the centre of Holland so you can easily visit also other cities or other parcs or make bike rides in the surrounding country side. We have 4 spacious sleeping rooms and of course all the equipment necessary.
