The Cottage

The Cottage, with a studio style layout, is a bright and clean space just one mile from historic downtown lees summit with local shops, bars and restaurants. The cottage is ~20 min from downtown Kansas City and 15 min from Kaufman and Arrowhead Stadium. This newly renovated 1900s milk barn is unique and special with a lot of charm, with a few of the modern conveniences. Guests are welcome to take advantage of the two acre landscaped yard and enjoy a delicious s’more at the outdoor fire pit!

Backyard Artists Studio! *Pet Friendly* Walking distance to shopping and nightlife districts The Plaza and Westport. 200 sqft tiny living in a quiet backyard at the heart of Kansas City. Located close to everything KC has to offer. We are experts in all things Kansas City. This woodworking shop was turned into a cozy tiny home for artists. It boasts rustic exposed wood ceilings, a vintage kitchenette, patio deck, and comfortable mattress. Same day check-in time is after 6pm.

Perfectly Located Carriage House Apartment

1 BR loft apartment in centrally located Westwood. Walk to restaurants, groceries, and shops, including Joe's KC BBQ and LuLu's. Close to Plaza, Westport, and downtown/crossroads. Pets ONLY considered for week long stays and longer. As always, the apartment will be spotlessly clean using disinfectant and bleach-based cleaners. We will block 24 hours between stays to ensure the apartment has fully circulated. Virus-grade HVAC filters have also been installed.

Come enjoy your stay at our home with a private entrance and outdoor patio in the back of the house in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. You will have an entire guest suite to yourself including one bedroom with an attached bathroom as well as a pull out couch for additional sleeping arrangements. Prepare meals and cocktails at the wet bar before settling down in front of the fireplace and watching your favorite movie on the smart TV w/ access to free wifi.

Large fully stocked kitchen with separate dinning area. Refrigerator with ice and water through the door. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washer and dryer laundry area. Plus an added bonus a fully stocked coffee bar. Also added is a EV 240 volt receptacle for charging EV over night.

We aim to have your stay be an enjoyable experience, greeting you with a clean home, ensuring you have what you need during the stay, and being available as needed. Approximately 5-10 from downtown KCMO, Power and Light, City Market. Within walking distance of a few local family owned restaurants and bars.

Charming Waldo Reader's Retreat

Sweet little bungalow in the heart of Waldo. Sits at the back of the property, so there is no fenced in yard. We had a new driveway poured in 2025, you’re welcome to use that or park on the street. Main bedroom is on the ground floor with an additional bed upstairs (the stairs are ladder-like, so not suitable for everyone!). We love this little house so much and think you will too.

You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). A park is directly across the street as well:)

This home has been completely renovated and is located on its own 1 acre plot with private parking and is part of a larger 20 acre farm. Beautiful country home that's in a small quite town, that's next to the big city. Featuring 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathrooms. House sleeps 4 people comfortably. Dogs are allowed but limited to 2 dogs per stay. There is a fenced in back yard for dogs to roam around and play. The house is perfect for a family friendly stay. No one under 25 year of age can book with us
