Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Leesburg

My sister and I took a week trip to DC for a music festival. We absolutely loved being guests here! It’s a nice cozy apartment with everything you need. They provide the listed amenities and more, with amazing organization and labels! It’s a great spot to catch several bus routes and the nearest metro is a 12-15 min walk away. It was indeed the perfect spot to stay at if you plan to travel around the dmv area. Leo and Diana are very attentive to messages, responding quickly, and will check up on you! Thank you for being such amazing hosts, and if anyone is making a fun trip to DC for any occasion, I highly recommend to stay here!

We had a great stay at Marc's place. His directions were really helpful, the place was spacious and clean, and the location was perfect for walking to shops, restaurants, and the local art shows on Carroll Creek. I especially liked how Marc had the AC running upon our arrival on a hot day and how comfortable the bed was - an important feature after a long art show day. Thanks, Marc!

The home is as advertised, cute little spot close to public transit. However, we didn’t feel completely safe going to/from metro, especially at night. Overall though, it worked for our needs.

Our stay at the loft surpassed our expectations! Tyler and Peggy were super communicative and friendly. The space was so clean and very comfortable. So many thoughtful touches (from the toiletries in the bathroom to the snacks/kcups in the kitchen. And you cannot beat the location! We will most definitely be back!

Very responsive host. The side yard is very nice for people with dogs that travel. Location is very nice but DC traffic during rush hour can be rough but this can be planned for. Would stay again.

Jenna's place was great ~ it's exactly as described. We found it peaceful & relaxing, and we liked the proximity to public transportation.

This space is absolutely stunning. The natural light, the calm atmosphere, and the beautiful design all made it feel like a peaceful retreat. The gas fireplace was my favorite feature. It brought so much warmth and comfort to the space. What really impressed me was how well it is set up for longer stays. Everything was thoughtfully included, from the efficient washer and dryer to the kitchen area, steamer, and other essentials that made my business trip easy. The hosts were kind, attentive, and made everything feel smooth. I felt right at home and definitely recommend this place.

This is one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in! It is in the perfect location - very walkable to shopping, bars, restaurants, and a walking/biking trail. Everything was very clean and it is so well decorated. We felt right at home there. I can confidently say I would book this house again.

Our experience at the Wizards Escape was amazing! Nate, our host, was the best. He checked in to make sure that we were getting the best experience out of the house. The atmosphere is unreal! We really felt we were at Hogwarts Castle. The bedrooms are so full of detail. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could imagine. The Great Hall is magical! The escape rooms.. fantastic. We only stayed 2 days but tried to get in all the activities that were available. We played quidditch golf, did escape rooms, had a scavenger hunt, made great meals in the Weasley's kitchen. We had dinner in the Great Hall under the levitating candles while listening to the Harry Potter music in the background. This house is a home to be experienced. We are definitely coming back!

What a wonderfully perfect, charming home right in the heart of downtown Leesburg! We were in town for our niece's graduation and needed a place to stay along with my parents. Having a love for historic homes, we knew this would be the perfect place for us...and we were right! Fantastic location, an incredibly clean and bright space with endless character, well appointed, cozy and beautifully decorated--staying in this home will be a highlight of your trip. Annie is responsive and friendly and has created an incredible space. We would not hesitate to book this lovely house again anytime we are in town.

We had a wonderful weekend in this sweet cabin! From before check in, until check out Flora made the whole experience easy and comfortable. There are so many thoughtful details throughout this property. Super clean and beautiful inside, but we spent most of our time enjoying the incredible deck. Our favorite part was that we could still sit outside in comfy seats and watch a thunderstorm while covered! Close to lots, but far from it all. We can’t wait to come back!

Laurie’s place is just stunning. My friends who joined me were amazed at the beautifully designed rooms and how cozy it felt. They are planning to stay with their families in the future. Laure was so helpful with communication, easy check in and a thorough guide to the home instructions, the history of her historic home and things to do around Purcellville. We loved every second! Could recommend Laurie and her gorgeous home more highly!

I truly cannot say enough amazing words about Jeannie and her cottage. It was the absolute PERFECT home base for my husband and I during our wedding weekend at the Manor 1858. It was only 13 min away from the venue and less than 5 from Middleburg. You truly can’t beat that location. It was so peaceful and charming and we are already talking about coming back in the years to come. Thank you Jeannie!!!

My daughter will be having a baby soon and have been looking for a place close by for when I visit. This is it!!! It is affordable, clean and decorated beautifully. So relaxing, usually I can't sleep well in hotels but slept well here.

Tucked in the heart of Bethesda with a quiet charm that somehow still feels central to everything, this stay was a gem. Getting around was a breeze—whether by foot, metro, or last-minute snack run to the 24/7 CVS or 7-Eleven. The apartment itself? Immaculate. Fully stocked with everything we could possibly need—and then some. The internet didn’t blink, the TV was streaming-ready (a blessing for our nightly Netflix ritual), and we barely had to buy a thing beyond food. Rodrigo was the kind of host you wish all hosts were—attentive, responsive, and refreshingly clear with every detail. Winston, the building manager, was also incredibly kind and helpful. Bonus points for the cozy terrace, which turned into our favorite nighttime hangout spot. All in all, one of the most exceptional Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Would come back in a heartbeat—no hesitation, no second thoughts, just pure comfort.

Large place, great jumping off point and close to town for my partner, my dog and myself. Very clean, and set up great to watch TV at night or work from home. And a fully operational kitchen so you don't have to eat out every night. Thank you again!

Love this clean calm space-the balcony was wonderful. Mark was super responsive, checked in on us and we had everything we needed-especially in the kitchen. Great location for walking to restaurants and stores. Will definitely stay again!

It was a delightful and cozy place to stay at especially with lots of things to do all around. We would recommend staying there for the vibes and local stores all around especially if you don’t want to rent a car. There’s lots of food places like heavenly wings is 10/10 recommend if you want wings.

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again. My husband and I came for the Nationals vs Cubs series and the location couldn’t have been better! The house was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Israel was incredibly responsive and helpful, always quick to answer any questions and made check in and check out smooth and hassle free! You can really tell he cares about his guests’ experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located stay!
