Jolie petite maison typique du Bassin se trouvant au fond du jardin de notre propriété, avec son entrée indépendante et son parking extérieur. Elle est située à 15 minutes des plages océanes, 10 minutes de la Dune du Pyla et d'Arcachon et proche du centre ville de la Teste. Elle a une surface de 32 m2 et dispose d'une terrasse. Classé 3 étoiles Elle est confortable et bien équipée pour un séjour agréable et au calme. Ce logement n’est pas adapté pour les personnes à mobilité réduite.

CABANON DES DUNES

Cabanon de 22m², 1 salon avec cuisine américaine, 1 salle de bain avec douche italienne et WC, 1 chambre indépendante, une terrasse en caillebotis, 1 petit jardin. Le logement, indépendant, est situé dans le jardin de notre maison. Il est à 100m du caillebotis menant à la plage surveillée de l'Horizon. L'impasse donne accès au chemin du littoral, pour de belles promenades le long de la pointe du CAP FERRET. Le marché, le centre ville et le débarcadère sont à 1km à pied.

In the shade of a mimosa, you will appreciate the authenticity of this cottage located close to the ports of Gujan-Mestras and the shops. This 27 m2 independent 2-room is equipped to the highest standard to allow you to have a comfortable stay (Senseo coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine for long stays, sheets, towels, Wi-Fi, 4 bikes...). Ideal for two people, a sofa bed allows two extra beds. Guests can also enjoy a terrace (with plancha) and an outdoor garden.

Please note that there is no kitchen but only a microwave, a mini bar and a Nespresso machine. Dishes are available for you.

Cabane Bel Air - lovely guest house

If you want tranquility, pleasure and well-being, then welcome to the renovated "Bel Air" Cabin, inspired by the oyster cabins of the Bay, 32 m2 with a 160 x 200 bed and a living room with kitchenette, living room (sofa, TV). The cabin is located within the property. The CLEANING FEE is to be paid upon arrival €20. Breakfast (€9/pers) Spa (€20 1/2h €30/1h for 2 pers) are available. Please book 24 hours in advance. Close to train station, transport and shops.

Upstairs, the bedroom, bathroom and toilet, on the ground floor, the living room-kitchen; all bathed in sunlight because it is well exposed and has large openings overlooking a beautiful sunny wooden terrace. A weekend or long vacation as a couple or with a child? Come and recharge your batteries in our pleasant wooden chalet. Spend good nights in the heart of a quiet environment in a quality 160 cm bedding. We will be happy to welcome you to our property in a 25 m2 independent studio-type chalet fully equipped in April 2019, not overlooked with a fenced garden. Depending on your preferences, you can enjoy the outdoors to relax, smoke or eat.
