Elle est située à 15 minutes des plages océanes, 10 minutes de la Dune du Pyla et d'Arcachon et proche du centre ville de la Teste. Elle a une surface de 32 m2 et dispose d'une terrasse. Classé 3 étoiles Elle est confortable et bien équipée pour un séjour agréable et au calme. Ce logement n’est pas adapté pour les personnes à mobilité réduite.

Cabanon de 22m², 1 salon avec cuisine américaine, 1 salle de bain avec douche italienne et WC, 1 chambre indépendante, une terrasse en caillebotis, 1 petit jardin. Le logement, indépendant, est situé dans le jardin de notre maison. Il est à 100m du caillebotis menant à la plage surveillée de l'Horizon. L'impasse donne accès au chemin du littoral, pour de belles promenades le long de la pointe du CAP FERRET. Le marché, le centre ville et le débarcadère sont à 1km à pied.

If you want tranquility, pleasure and well-being, then welcome to the renovated "Bel Air" Cabin, inspired by the oyster cabins of the Bay, 32 m2 with a 160 x 200 bed and a living room with kitchenette, living room (sofa, TV). The cabin is located within the property. The CLEANING FEE is to be paid upon arrival €20. Breakfast (€9/pers) Spa (€20 1/2h €30/1h for 2 pers) are available. Please book 24 hours in advance. Close to train station, transport and shops.
