Ideally located on a very quiet street in the center of Arès, you will be a 3-minute walk from the basin and a 15-minute drive from the ocean beaches of Cap Ferret. You can do everything on foot or by bike (walks, beach, shopping, shopping, Arès market). You can also enjoy the garden and the large wooden terrace, in a peaceful environment.

We discovered the peninsula of Cap Ferret in the spring of 2021. We had a huge crush on this region full of authenticity, romanticism, located between the Arcachon basin and the ocean.
