My friends and I had a blast exploring Providence, and coming back to Aref’s cozy apartment created the perfect ending! I would love to book another stay when we come back to Providence!

Great location with an off-street parking spot! This is a very large space with a nicely equipped kitchen for cooking. Close to great restaurants, too. It's a quiet neighborhood considering how close the houses are to each other.

The apartment was just right for a short weekend trip to Providence. Check-in was easy and the local suggestions were helpful. The apartment was comfortable and clean.

Susan's place is a nice, quiet, cosy little attic apartment. It is exactly as depicted in the photos and described in the comments (and in all the other reviews). The location is a quiet, residential street. The bed is comfortable. The shower works well. If you are as tall as I am (6'2''), you'll find yourself crouching in some parts, such as by toilet and getting in and out of the shower, but I was able to stand upright for most of the apartment. The location is convenient enough. It is possible to walk to/from the train station (about 20 mins) and to Downtown Providence (about 30 mins). I had only a backpack with me and was therefore able to use a Spin scooter to quickly get to/from the city. Overall, the place matched what I was looking for my short, two-day stay in Providence. The apartment was exactly as the photos looked. Very clean and neat. Adorable apartment for the 2 of. Instructions to get in were very easy. Ben was quick to respond and very helpful. Perfect location if you’re visiting UConn. With an incoming UConn freshman, I look forward to booking the apartment again!

My family and I stayed at Jason's house for four days for my graduation, and it's no exaggeration to say that it was the best B&B stay we've ever had! The views throughout the house are just beautiful, and the huge floor-to-ceiling windows give you a perfect view of the lake from the moment you open the door to your room. The deck set up, and the lake amenities make this house a perfect vacation spot. The amenities were great! The grill, dishwasher, and washer were all there, and the hot tub, kayaks, and life jackets made it perfect for our lake activities. I also personally loved the special hand sanitizers in the house, they seemed to be a custom brand and smelled great! Overall, this is a very beautiful, modern house that you won't regret staying in!

Great place to stay if you need some space. Really convenient amenities and nice touches around the home like games, lotion, coffee and cream. Loved the outside area and going for walks in the beautiful park right across the street. The bedroom with an office was a really nice space and the outside area was great for enjoying coffee and the hot tub. Nice to have designated parking too. The house itself was pretty quiet with the owners upstairs not too noticeable, but the house has street noise in both the front and back of the house. Just something to note if you are sensitive to noise. It did settle down at night though. Rachael has set this place up really well and seems to be in touch with what travelers want and need. I would certainly return in the future to stay again.

We were staying in the area for a wedding and Michael’s house was perfect for our family with plenty of room to relax.

I worked hard to feel like I was a good guest. Sarah told me I went above and beyond by the many cleaning tasks I undertook, triggered by my boyfriend getting cut by glass on his foot trying to fold towels. That does not take away from Sarah or the property as a whole, because I believe these were overlooked tasks by the cleaning crew and therefore maintenance staff were unaware of it. It was almost immaculate until I started realizing that it was not as as tip top as the standards of cleanliness at “Top down housekeeping”, who’s owner and staff are thorough, honest & flexible with pricing.

The Condo was absolutely beautiful. the pink living room, dining and kitchen area were my favorite rooms. The bathrooms and bedrooms were spotless and the beds were so comfortable. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood!

We absolutely loved the backyard! The house is amazing spacious and perfect for our needs. The kids especially enjoyed the gym. We had no issues with the Airbnb host, who was very responsive throughout our stay.

My husband and I, along with my daughter and her partner, traveled to Worcester to attend our son's graduation from WPI. This little lake house made our stay so comfortable. We were able to make breakfast every day in the nice, new kitchen, and then we enjoyed the views from the dining table, looking out on the lake. My husband had brought some fishing equipment, and he fished multiple times in the backyard, and caught several fish. The place is furnished with appropriate lake house decor. It's not a huge house, but each space is well thought-out for comfort, like the large sectional sofa, and the dining table. Jennifer, the host, was very responsive when needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Second time staying and just as amazing as the first stay. Very welcoming to our family on a big graduation weekend. So comfortable and welcoming, It was like coming home.

Anne and Peter have a lovely place! The quiet setting was perfect for sleep and catching up with a friend I stayed with. We got to enjoy snacks on the adorable garden patio, and walked to everything right there for food, coffee, and seeing the sights! They were very responsive and amenable hosts.

I had the pleasure of staying at the place owned by Gladys, and it was an unforgettable experience. When I arrived late at night, Gladys came to ensure my comfort and make me feel welcome. She greeted me warmly and even provided a snack, which was a thoughtful touch after a long journey. I was staying at Gladys's place because of my research internship at UMass, and her hospitality made my stay truly enjoyable. She genuinely cared about my comfort and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. One of the most memorable gestures was when she brought a Christmas tree to the apartment, adding a festive and cozy touch to the space. The apartment itself was exactly as described. Everything including the kitchen was clean, cozy, well-equipped, and well-maintained. What truly set this accommodation apart was the personal touch that Gladys brought to the experience. Her warmth and hospitality made me feel like more than just a guest; I felt like a valued friend.

Charles & Sharolyn were great hosts and have set the apartment up nicely for a comfortable stay. Everything was just as described and the location was perfect for us to attend a wedding in Bristol. Hot tub on a cool spring evening was the cherry on top.

I loved staying at Francisco’s Airbnb. It was walking distance to Wellesley College where I was attending my reunion. Very safe, close to a Whole Foods, I would stay there again!

Sadi was responsive and caring. The space was immaculate, communication was prompt and detailed, and we felt right at home.

Instructions for finding the unit and getting inside were very clear. The unit was nothing fancy, but it was clean and comfortable. It wasn’t an issue for us, but the complex was noisy, with lots of kids and barking dogs playing outside. I would recommend this unit to others and would rent it again myself.

This apartment was fantastic. All new, very comfortable, and super clean. Perfect spot for my weekend visit to Brown/RISD with family. Great location on Benefit St, right next to the new Brown Bee Coffee shop, which is excellent. Firas was a super responsive and friendly host. I hope to stay there again on a future visit.
