With parking outside the door and being on one level with widened internal doors, the accommodation is suitable for all abilities. With parking outside the door, the annexe being all on one level and having a walk-in shower, it is suitable for all abilities.

It has an inglenook fireplace, oak-framed roofs, flagstone and elm floors, with art and furniture collected over many years filling the rooms. Bruton is renowned for its restaurants and art galleries. The 'Newt in Somerset' is next door and there many other wonderful nearby destinations and beautiful walks from the farm within the surrounding countryside.
