Little Manor Annexe - Beautiful Rural Location

A bright and airy two bedroom annexe on the side of our family home, set down a private drive in the little village of Downhead. Wonderful views of fields to enjoy at the front and side of the home and quiet woodland behind. Wildlife and farm animals are easily spotted. The popular East Mendip Way footpath passes the bottom of the garden, offering fabulous walks. With parking outside the door, the annexe being all on one level and having a walk-in shower, it is suitable for all abilities.

Rose Barn

A converted stone-built barn, Rose Barn is a self-contained detached property with own entrance and private south-facing garden on the grounds of Grade II listed cottage surrounded by countryside conveniently situated on the edge of the village of Gurney Slade, just few miles of the remarkable cathedral city of Wells and the beautiful Mendip Hills, with easy access to historic Bath, Glastonbury, Frome and Bristol. There are many stunning National Trust houses and gardens to visit nearby.

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is a modern, comfortable barn conversion situated in an area that used to be part of the farmyard, opposite our farmhouse cottage and a pretty mill with a view of the village on the hillside where the sun sets. Little gated courtyard with table and chairs to enjoy that view. Walking distance to the village shop and local pub for drinks. There is no outdoor space with the property but there is a large children’s park one-minute walk over the road. Fantastic mountain bike track five minutes walk away past the castle. The Coach House between Bath & Wells

The Coach House is situated within gated grounds of our Georgian home and had recently gone under complete renovations and now boasts a luxurious and contemporary style of living. This includes an open plan kitchen, dining and living space of which the kitchen incorporates integrated fridge, freezer, hob, double oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining table can extend and comfortably seat 12 people making it perfect for family/friends to get together.

400 year old self-contained cottage (built in 1590 according to the plaque on the wall) in Mells, one of the most unspoiled villages in the west. Lovely stone architecture, historic buildings, blissful countryside and 3 min walk from our awarding-winning village pub The Talbot Arms. Close to Bath, Wells, Glastonbury, Lacock (Potter fans) Cheddar Gorge and Longleat. Easy drive to Cotswolds, the Dorset coast, Wales and Wye Valley.
