Everything is great, as always! Small criticism of bedrooms on the upper floor: there were hardly any ways to hang clothes here. We will be happy to come back

We had a great stay. The house is charming, clean, and comfortable. The keypad is easy. All of the amenities were great and new. The place has 2 toilets and 1 shower. We could have used another shower for our 7 guests, but it was fine. It's a very comfortable and clean house. It's walkable to a train station. Now that I better understand Stuttgart, I would have rented a car. The house has parking. But it's also very close to a train station.

Alex was an incredible host, friendly and available. He lives next door and provided detailed instructions about every room, it's equipment, and the surroundings- which was appreciated. The house is big and had everything we needed. We could also use their normal bicycles and helmets to ride in the neighborhood. Highly recommend it!

We booked the accommodation for our two exam weeks and felt very comfortable there! The accommodation offers everything you need for a stay! The two bathrooms were also great, so there was no congestion in the morning and we could go to the exam without stress! Communication was great! It was especially great that Faruk was so flexible and very accommodating to us! Gladly again!

Very special apartment with a great kitchen very well furnished with everything you need. Maybe not suitable for older people or someone with mobility issues. There are steep stairs upstairs to the bedroom. Otherwise very cozy and nicely decorated. And very friendly and flexible landlady.

Great value for money, with coffee and tea , superb location and great bakery next door !! Lovely are to walk around and lots of nice restaurants and cafe’s in the town.Everything you need and a real home from home

Fantastic place. More fun than staying at a hotel. Short & easy bus ride from the rail station. Views from the bedroom are great and the outdoor deck is a nice place to relax. It's in a quiet, safe neighborhood and the old downtown area is a short walk away. Bathroom is clean, spacious with a comfortable sized shower area, which is pleasant compared to the cramped "phone booth"-style showers I'm used to in Germany. I did not take full advantage of the kitchen facilities, but it seemed to have everything you need in order to cook your own meals with a supermarket right up the street. Nick was super easy to contact, accommodating and met me on site and gave me the tour. Never had to reach out since everything worked and nothing was missing. It was wonderful at Helga's cottage by the old mill. Very spacious, very bright, very quiet and surrounded by a natural garden. Eggs straight from the chicken, a huge terrace and a perfect, complete kitchen. Wonderful excursion destinations nearby, but also the Swabian Alps and Black Forest. Lake Constance can also be reached in an hour.

I felt very comfortable in Sandra's apartment and will gladly stay with her again on my next stay.

It was a nice stay! As I had hoped, I could easily walk to the university, also partly through the adjacent forests.

It was beautiful. But the garden is wonderful. You can stay outside on beautiful days. The house is furnished in every detail. Carola was a truly excellent hostess, we highly recommend her.

We were guests of Kira and Max in the biotope. The apartment is quietly located with a view of nature. Upon arrival, we were greeted with water and fresh eggs. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything we needed. We highly recommend the stay!

The friendly basement apartment is located in a quiet residential area and is ideally located between Stuttgart and Tübingen. It is practically furnished and equipped with everything you need. Parking for the car is available on the street right in front of the house or - subject to availability - also in the driveway. Communication beforehand was smooth and Sabine, a very nice host, was also easily accessible during the stay. Initial concerns about dog barking have proven to be completely unfounded, Sabine's loving dog can't be felt and you don't hear it at all. I felt very comfortable here and will be happy to come back!

Summery.: - Extremely easy to find thanks to photos from the Host ,the home and the parking. - The apartment is extremely fresh during the summer , extremely comfortable, modern , and it's like new. - Kitchen is fully equipped, all in! 10/10! - Bedroom comfortable with lots of space and very nice feeling. - Bathroom, roomy , comfortable and in case that somebody has a knee injury or is a little bit week in the legs , or much older in age , he will.find the bathroom very easy to use. - Living room was comfortable with a tv (I didn't open it.) , I preferred to drink a hot tea outside in the seats from the Airbnb. - The real deal is the surroundings approximately 3 minutes from the home is a place that kids can play, very organized and looks extremely safe near to a very charming area full of green and a small Forest, Fields, etc (Great for hiking.) - Host was friendly and helpful & kind! Sad for only one thing.I wish that this was my home 🏠🏡! Great place , hope to come again!!

Super friendly host Isabell. I very much liked the place. Modern and comfy, just what I needed.

Kapka was very responsive and helpful, we were able to leave the luggage until the desired time. The accommodation is super comfortable and quiet. We were able to enjoy Stuttgart while being in a peaceful place. Transportation works great. I highly recommend the thermal pools, they are great. We'll be back without a doubt!

We stayed at this great accommodation for the second time and it was fantastic again. Here you immediately feel comfortable, which is also due to the fact that Tanja and Margaret are such perfect hosts. We were greeted again with a very warm message and small welcome gifts. In the apartment, the hosts really thought of everything, it is impeccably clean and exemplary tidy. We especially like the great garden and our son loved the cozy playhouse. We will certainly stay here again in the future.

I liked it because the house was so tidy. They were considerate of us so that we could comfortably use the first floor as a private room while traveling with our family. An absolutely beautiful, modern home with breath taking views of local hilltop vineyards. Natascha was very responsive and immediately remedied a situation where we accidentally tripped a circuit breaker. I can't recommend this location highly enough. We had a perfect stay in the gorgeous German wine country.

Very nice place, close to the historic center of Stuttgart, a quiet area but with bars and cafes to sit and eat something, the apartment was very spacious and well equipped, I would definitely return! Thank you very much Rosi
