Spacious terrace with jacuzzi (jacuzzi available by appointment), outdoor shower, fireplace and other amenities. Large and unserved property with good sun conditions and parking for up to several cars. Property content: 1st floor: living room/kitchen, bathroom/sauna, 3 bedrooms, laundry room, hallway/entrance. 2nd floor: living room w/sofa bed, WC, bedroom.

Rorbu on the west side of Bømlo with a short distance to the over a thousand islets and cliffs. West event on a sunny plot at the edge of the sea. High standard, kitchen on both floors, two bedrooms and open loft with double bed. Short distance to nice nature experiences as well as culture. 6 min drive to the city center. Bed linen and towels included. Simple fishing equipment and gas grill available. Possibility to rent a boat (Hansvik 16 feet with 2022 vs. 9.9 hp Suzuki outboard engine) and 2 kayaks. There is a private jetty and boat that can be disposed of (25hp). The boat does not require the boat driver test, but we will require users to have experience with boat. Close by the house runs a river where you can fish small trout or swim. There are several nice waterfalls close by. Hiking trails up the mountain starts just 200 m from the house. Unikt, lite hus fra 1899 med plass til fem personer. Moderne, varmt og bekvemt, så vi beholder komforten, men gammelt nok til å beholde sjarmen. Det er bare ett hus mellom Laurentzes hus og kinoen. Vil du ha en frokost i det grønne, kan du lage deg en kaffe på kjøkkenet, og spasere to minutter bort i Byparken og nyte den på en grønn benk der.

The house is in a peaceful setting by the fjord surrounded by grazing animals. You can easily go fishing with the boat, go hiking or enjoy a quiet evening the hot tub. We highly recommend a hike to Himakånå and it is also possible to take a day trip to the Pulpit Rock.
