We had such an amazing, relaxing, and peaceful stay at this little cabin on the lake. Wayne and family were all wonderful and the pups made us feel right at home. If you like lake views out everywindow, cozy fires, sitting in the hot tub as you watch the sun set, and loving on some pups then this the spot for you. It's small. It's comfortable. It's got everything you need and the hosts are lovely. We loved this spot so much we just booked our next visit. See you guys soon!

Had a great time staying here for an Olympic Peninsula weekend. The proximity to Hurricane Ridge, Lake Crescent and Mt Storm King are unbeatable, but the real highlight were the amenities. the hottub, paddle boards, kayaks, and deck overlooking the lake were all spectacular. We had a question about where to park and Belle was helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

The cabin is right on the water and is a great escape. Lots of oysters. Close to local shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Our trip to Whidbey to stay at Tasha’s has become an annual event for us. We always look forward to the welcoming home, cool sea breeze and crashing waves. This time was no different and we loved every bit of our stay here. Tasha is an amazing host and extremely proactive. She arranged for me to pick up my purse that I had left behind at the property! Thank you, Tasha! We will be back!

I was wanting a place away from distractions to visit with my son. This rental offered exactly that. I am so happy with finding this place. It was private, quiet, and very relaxing.

We had a really wonderful time in the guest house. Our kids fell in love with the dogs and played with them outside nearly every day we got back from hiking. We are from a big city, so I was a little nervous about the door not having a padlock at first; but we felt safe the entire time. Lots of deer sightings in the area and the house had everything we needed. I made a reservation error, and the hosts were very gracious to accommodate my mistake. If you have elementary aged kids, they will really love this property. A great PNW vacation for us!

Christa’s house was an amazing place to stay. The location was perfect for us, and the accommodation was charming and quaint. We would stay again on our next trip to Stanwood.

We loved staying at Sword Fern Cabin. The house was so comfortable and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable! We loved the location and were able to explore and swim. This is the perfect house for the Lake Cushman area!

This place was even better than expected. The views and the quiet peaceful neighborhood were just incredible, we’re already planning a trip back so we can rent boats on the water. The shower was SO nice and luxurious with what, like 6 heads? This shower will wash away your sins for sure lol Anything you could need in the kitchen, and such a cozy feel. I was so surprised how quiet and serene the neighborhood was. Stay here!!

My wife and I had an unbelievable experience in Julee’s cabin. Service and communication were 10 out of 10! We fell in love with this cute cabin and are already planning our return trip! Beautiful scenery and mountains to do for an outdoor enthusiast. Hoodsport is a cute town and 5 minute drive away. Our dogs loved all the nearby trails. Highly, highly recommend!

Beautiful cottage on the water! The surroundings are very peaceful. Nice to watch the tides. the kitchen was well outfitted includingna gas range and teapot! Loved it, thanks, Erin!

Absolutely beautiful! The moment we walked in, we looked at each other and said, "I can't believe we get to stay here!" We had plenty we wanted to see in the area, but made sure to leave time for just hanging out at the house and enjoying the amazing view and peaceful location. The view was just stunning - looking out through the sea grasses at the quiet water with the islands and mountains beyond was mesmerizing and relaxing. The location was great, too - a good in-between spot for visiting both the national park mountains and nearby islands. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and supplies, and the bed was so comfortable! We were there in warm, sunny weather, and when the tide goes out to reveal the bed of seagrasses, there is a distinct sea-grass smell outside. It could be an issue if someone is particularly sensitive to smells, but it was not a problem for us. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again!

This place was better than expected. It was such a beautiful cozy cabin on the lake. Only about 5 mins from town or 5 mins to the Highway. Each morning we saw deer and geese. Steve was a wonderful host. We enjoyed ourselves so much we didn’t want to leave.

We are so happy we had a last minute trip change and ended up staying a night here! It was so relaxing to be on the water. Kerry was super welcoming and allowed us to use the kayaks which was an awesome experience! Restaurants close by, very private but still convenient. We will be back!

This was such a beautiful property - the staff encouraged us to to explore and gave us awesome info about the history of the barn and property. They were so welcoming, but also gave us plenty of space and privacy. The goats and cats wandering around were so cute. There were some pretty trails in the woods with beautiful wildflowers and salmonberries ripening. We would absolutely return - it was the perfect mix of peaceful, private, and accessible.

We had an amazing time. We truly felt right at home. It was a beautiful area, and super cute cabin. We enjoyed every second of our stay! We hope to stay here again someday! We were lucky enough to see orca whales in the water everyday. The beautiful view of the mountain was also an extra treat. I would recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. In addition to all the lovely things other guests have to say about this place, we'd like to note how exceptionally responsive, helpful, and accommodating Anselm was throughout our stay. We had some requests for a guest with ADA needs and Anselm was understanding and flexible. On that note, this lodging has some great characteristics for folks with limited mobility - smooth floors, wide balcony, lots of cushions and seating options. It was just what we needed. ☺️

The cabin was so cozy and was a perfect first stop on our trip to Washington. Excellent location between downtown Port Angeles and Hurricane Ridge! The moment we stepped inside we felt relaxed and comfortable. Mary went above and beyond as a host-from the fire awaiting our arrival to the eggs, cream and butter in the fridge. The backyard was absolutely gorgeous with beautiful mountain and lake views. We enjoyed watching the hummingbirds feeding on the deck each morning. I highly recommend this place and we hope to return someday!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this cabin, peaceful and quiet, yet central and easy to get to everywhere in the national park. You’ll get to Port Angeles under 10 minutes, which makes it super convenient for us to grab something for breakfast/lunch before our hike. The private trail right by the cabin is lovely and magical. We enjoyed the walk equally as any other trails we did in the Hoh rain forest. Will come back and stay at this place 100%!
