Family-friendly holiday rentals in Lely

We had a wonderful stay at Derek’s place. Quite frankly, it is the perfect Airbnb. It is a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood in beautiful condition. Everything worked perfectly, and Derek was always available within information to assist us with anything we needed. I look forward to the time where I can stay here again.

This house was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless—even the baseboards and ceiling fans were immaculate. The home is super spacious, with room to spread out comfortably (even the garage was huge!). The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook indoors or grill outside, and there were multiple dining areas both inside and out. The pool and spa were beyond refreshing—clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by plenty of lounge chairs for everyone. We loved the outdoor eating area and the thoughtful extras like pool toys and bikes, which added a fun touch. My boys especially enjoyed exploring near the canal, which made for some great memories. The beds were super comfy, with plenty of extra linens and cozy throw blankets. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, and the house is in a perfect, central location. The hosts were amazing: extremely responsive and helpful.

Loved our stay here. Villa was as described and exactly like in the pictures. Private gym well equipped and ready to use. Super quiet, friendly neighbourhood but close to amenities. Anja, from the villa rental company was super helpful. Would highly recommend and like to stay again.

Alan’s place was absolutely perfect! The cottages are adorable and make you feel like you are right at home. Everything is close by and the club itself was great with my 3 year old. We had a fantastic trip and look forward to hopefully returning next year! Alan is a great host and explained the condo exactly the way we found it, there was nothing missing whatsoever. Highly recommend renting from Alan at the cottages!

This condo was charming, clean, and just the right size for a comfortable stay. The keyless entry system was super convenient. Perfectly located right across from beach access and within walking distance to numerous restaurants. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. Check-in was super easy, and the host was friendly and responsive. We loved having coffee on the lanai each morning and looking for dolphins and manatees. We would definitely stay here again! Alex was very responsive on the occasion we needed him. Followed up with us too. He was a WONDERFUL host. The house and pool could not have been any better. We loved the indoor outdoor living. We found the house to have much more than we expected. Lots of kitchen supplies that were not expected. We live near by and had visitors from out of state and we would highly recommend this place to anyone all ages. Oh and our 2 little pups had a great times. So happy we can take them with us. This was a great “home base” for our event at the Heitman House. It was nearby and walkable, with plenty of space for all our guests. The house and backyard were excellent for hosting meals and hangouts, and the place was really well-stocked, making it feel like home and not a random rental. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of linens, including lots of extras so despite being at full capacity for days we didn’t need to go without. I really appreciated the amount of bath and pool towels that were provided! The hosts were responsive and had anticipated many of our questions and needs. Details like the kitchen having multiple coffee makers, and extra bug spray & beach chairs were nice touches.

Location is close enough to bike into downtown FMB and to the Publix, and we did both during our stay! The kids enjoyed the pool. House was stocked with everything you'd need for a day at the beach, which was much appreciated!

We spent the month of March at this home and enjoyed the experience. With only solar heat we were afraid we wouldn’t use the pool but it was great and enjoyed lots of floats. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor area and beautiful canal views. Everything looked like the pictures. We loved the quiet neighborhood too

We really enjoyed spending our Thanksgiving holiday at this location. Watching the sunsets every night over the lake were spectacular. The pictures of the place were accurate. The host was wonderful and very communicative.

Dan’s place was exactly what we were looking for. Somewhere close to friends, beach, local attractions, and a great place for us to stay. The house was what was described, with plenty of room for the 4 of us… with room to spare.

We had a great stay! The home is clean, cozy, and has everything you need. The beach is very close, which made our trip even better. We truly enjoyed our time here and definitely recommend this place!

Our stay at Matt‘s place was wonderful. The house was comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. The lanai and the pool was so welcoming! We spent a lot of time out there. It was so peaceful to sit in the chairs by the canal and enjoy the surroundings. I will definitely be back.

Enjoyed our stay! Home is decorated in a lovely beach theme that makes you feel like you are on vacation the moment you walk in. Very well stocked with everything needed plus some. We brought our boat and found it very easy to get out to open water and the marina. Easy access to Sanibel beaches where we anchored with hundreds of other boats to enjoy the shallow calm water for Memorial Day weekend. Would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay! Beds were comfy, pool was clean, plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Ample blankets for the couch and extra pillows if needed. The host was very responsive; he let us check in an hour early & check out a few hours late. We would come back and stay again!

The house we reserved was better than expected and everything was immaculate. Neil, the property manager responded right away when we called about a broken vaccum cleaner. Excellent response time and very professional. Unfortunately a thunderstorm damaged the AC and it couldn't be fixed right away, but Sean moved us right away to an even larger house. He even reimbursed us a day for our having to move and the night without AC. We definitely would rent from Sean again.

Very responsive and friendly hosts. Lovely house on a pond in a gated community. House is large with attractive furnishings and decor. Great for families or friends vacationing together.Great for biking . Close to shopping , wildlife habitats, parks and beach.

We had a lovely holiday at this accommodation. The property was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the home comforts. It’s set in a beautiful location, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We did experience a minor issue with some water coming into the property due to unforeseen circumstances. However, the host, Marc, was outstanding. As soon as we reported the issue and sent a video, he responded immediately. A maintenance professional arrived within the hour, and the problem was quickly resolved with minimal disruption. Marc’s professionalism, efficiency, and excellent customer service truly stood out. Despite the small hiccup, everything was handled so well that it didn’t take away from our overall experience. I would definitely recommend this property and would happily stay again!

This property is literally unbelievable! If you’ve never been there, I honestly envy you simply because that first time feeling of walking in is priceless. Everything in the photos was literally as described. The condo had everything you would think a vacation home should have. The kitchen is fully stocked - you will not need to purchase anything. From beach chairs and an umbrella to laundry detergent. Outstanding decor and furnishings. Well kept property that entices you to return. The location is great and easily accessible to restaurants and shops. The golfing community property is simply priceless! The pool/gym/hot tub are clean and well maintained. We were beyond satisfied and had such a remarkable experience, we decided to extend our stay one more night. The hosts were phenomenal and kept us up to speed with all details for check in and check out all throughout the stay. We will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend this property.

This was our first time using Airbnb so we were not familiar with the process. Matt was amazing and helpful from the beginning to end. Everything that could ever need is already there. House was amazing, well maintained and clean. Nice pool very clean, everyone is friendly and very secured place. Would highly recommend to anyone. We will absolutely be visiting again. We loved our stay at this house! It had everything we needed, and we spent a lot of our time on the lanai and in the pool. The house was clean and spacious, and communication was excellent!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house had literally everything we needed. Eric has done everything to make it a smooth and easy process for check in and check out. Everything in the house was labeled, which made it super easy to find things and put them back as we used them. The kids loved having their own rooms and would have stayed in the pool all night if we had let them! The walk to the beach is a little farther than we had anticipated with kids, but that wasn’t a problem. Vanderbilt Beach parking is right down the road so we loaded up the car, dropped everyone off at the beach and parked. They also had everything we needed for the beach. It truly felt like home for 7 days. We will definitely be back! Thanks for sharing your home.
