Our family-run organic farm is situated 985 m above sea level with a beautiful view on the alps. We are surrounded by skiing areas: Zell am See-Schmittenhöhe, Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Kitzbühel, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang. In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. The apartment is situated on the bottom floor of the farmhouse. It has its own entrance and a cosy sheltered patio with a great view that is situated directly next to a big garden.

In summer, the mountains from hiking, climbing, swimming to the mountain bike offer you everything your heart desires. We also have some to offer in winter. A cross-country ski trail at the swimming lake and all known ski resorts can be reached within 30 minutes. We look forward to your visit!
