Two rooms, including a living room with pull-out sofa and a separate bedroom with a cozy double bed. Kochelsee: Only 10 minutes walk Franz Marc Museum: Only 100 meters away – a must see for art lovers. And private parking is right in front of the house.

The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several uneven stairs, is in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. It is particularly suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or passing through. You are in this cozy room with an integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.
