The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Studio centre-ville, 5 mn de la gare à pied, parking gratuit gare. Très bonne prestation, super équipé, refait entièrement à neuf, au RDC, fond de cour au calme et sécurisé. Couchage 2 personnes, 1 vrai lit queen size matelas à mémoire de forme. Appart non-fumeur. Arrivée entre 15h et 19h. Possible d’arriver en dehors de ces horaires mais avec un supplément. SDB : Douche italienne 120x70 Toilettes séparées. Chambre : Lit 160x200, TV 50’’ Placard de rangement, Fenêtres avec volets électriques.

Quietly in the garden of our family home, we have renovated an annex building into two pretty and very bright studios. You will find all the comforts: air conditioning, equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi... On sunny days, enjoy an outdoor area. A 10-minute walk to the center of Tassin (shops, post office...) you will be in a residential area of old houses from the beginning of the 20th century surrounded by large gardens. A little taste of peaceful countryside 15 minutes from the heart of Lyon.

La Grange Coton

La Grange Coton is a former hay barn, renovated into comfortable accommodation, which combines the charm of an old listed building, warm decoration, in the heart of the historic center of the town of Anse. It has all the necessary equipment to accommodate a baby. Less than 10 minutes' walk to the train station and close to highways, come and relax in our pretty cocoon of softness and on its private sunny terrace.

Our 1930s house, in a small private cul-de-sac, is next to Place du Point du Jour, its local shops and public transportation. Allow 15 minutes by bus to reach the heart of Lyon. The duplex, dedicated to guests in our home, has independent access. It offers 2 spacious, bright bedrooms with 2 160 beds; a large bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet; a lounge-library with TV and a fully equipped kitchen.

Our accommodation is a farmhouse where our guests can enjoy a large terrace overlooking meadows. They can rest in the quiet of the garden, while remaining close to Lentilly-Charpenay train station giving access to the heart of Lyon in 20 minutes The accommodation is located between the villages of Marcy l'Étoile and Lentilly, very close to the veterinary school and Lacroix-Laval Park.
