We had a great stay! The location is right on Hollywood Blvd, which can feel a little chaotic at times, but we felt safe walking around—even with kids. It was quieter than expected and super convenient to explore the Walk of Fame, grab food, or check out fun spots like the Funko store (definitely worth a stop!). One major perk: the metro station is just a short walk away, and we took it straight to Universal Studios—it was super easy and saved us from dealing with parking there. The apartment looked exactly like the photos—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything from beach towels and shampoo to laundry pods and cleaning supplies. It really felt like they’d thought of everything. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Parking in the attached garage was a huge plus. It felt secure, and having elevator access straight to the unit was really convenient. Honestly, we wished we had more time!

Amazing spot, very spacious Airbnb with large bathroom and kitchen. Location wa perfect- close to Burbank and downtown LA, in a safe neighborhood with a private parking spot and plenty of free street parking for any extra friends or guests you may have with you! Hosts were accommodating and responsive. My ONLY complaint is the mattress - it was very firm, with zero give, felt like sleeping on the floor. We do not like hard/extremely firm beds, so this was not for us. The couch bed in the living room space was also not the most comfortable. The reason I include this info about the bed for the public to read is because I’m someone who is extremely picky about beds when I’m on vacation, I like to feel like I’m sleeping on a cloud or a nice fluffy mattress, which always makes the vacation experience all that much better and contributes to a good nights sleep. This mattress needs a memory foam mattress pad, and then we would 💯 stay here again! Everything else about the place was great!

Great stay, check in was extremely easy with clear instructions. Apartment was clean and cozy, kitchen had all you could ask for. Bed and pillows were absolutely perfect,super comfortable. Couch was cozy and excellent to relax and watch a movie in front of a huge 85inch tv. Restroom was clean and shower pressure was great only missing a blow dryer but was able to survive without it. Mini arcade system was a total plus had son and I engaged on it for a good while. Check out was clear and easy. Would highly recommend 10/10 would love to come back again.

This stay was absolutely amazing! The apartment was beautiful, clean, and exceeded all expectations. What truly made the experience stand out was the host—extremely responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. I’ve stayed in many places, but I’ve never experienced this level of customer service before. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. One word, y'all...... laundry!!!! 😍😍 This spot was perfect for my stay. Bed was comfortable, kitchen and laundry were great, they even had adorable hotel style shampoo and conditioner etc. It was everything I needed.

My family and I were attending a funeral and this Airbnb was the perfect place to have all of us together. It is very spacious, modern, clean, peaceful, super easy to check-in, and it is walking distance to restaurants and stores! I would definitely book this location again.

This place was great! He must live there because every detail was chosen meticuously. We appreciated that in comparison to the corporate run Airbnb we stayed in last time that cut every corner possible. The views of sunrise and sunset were breathtaking. Furniture was in pristine condition. The whole thing felt very clean and crisp. Very comfortable.

Kim has been the best host! Very helpful and quick to respond with any concerns we did have. Cute clean home and provided us with a pack and play for our baby. Perfect little house if you need to get away for a while.

Where to start… first off, this house was much bigger than I thought it would be, and very well-decorated. It feels like you’re in a movie when you pull up and walk in - books floor to ceiling, carefully-curated artwork everywhere, gorgeous dining room table and large eat-in kitchen with bay windows overlooking the vineyard. We felt right at home here, and enjoyed the lead-up to our wedding in this unique and spacious estate. The only thing I will suggest to the managers of the space is to dust more frequently (as it is a huge house with tall shelves and lighting fixtures) and to check to see if lighting/appliances/tub jets, things like that are working regularly. It was truly a magical place, and well worth the price for a larger group of people enjoying the area of Agua Dulce. Thanks for having us!

Selina was a very responsive host with a nice little place. Very clean and no frills. Bonus points for the gated private parking spot. If you are looking for a place to stay, with all the essentials and at a fair price, I would highly recommend.

What a wonderful place to stay! Nearby to many restaurants, stores, and bars. The parking was easy to get into and the unit was great! Massive kitchen with everything you could need. The street the unit is on is lined with purple trees and it was so stunning. The host was incredibly accommodating by letting us check in very early and gave us the codes right away for everything. Couldn't recommend this place more!!

Great place to stay especially for multiple people and if you have a car. The host was very responsive and the beds were comfortable. Not as comfortable for multiple people hanging out or eating at the apartment but all told a very nice experience.

We reallly enjoyed Tom’s condo. It was beautiful and looked just like the pictures! It was fully stocked and even had some snacks for us! We loved the pool and hot tub! Tom kept in contact with us the whole time so we felt very well taken care of. I will definitely visit again! Highly recommend!

I had an incredible extended stay at Adam's place! It was very clean, quiet and in a great location. I was so happy and I highly recommend staying there. Adam was very responsive and I didn't have one issue!

Perfect place to stay when coming in to play at Six Flags, Universal and spending time with family! Location with great for all that we needed. The house was comfortable and welcoming. Duane made sure that snacks were provided, AC was on and ready for us in a hot day, and the ease and safety of using the house. Things that we noticed and appreciate that aren’t always standard was detergents to use washer and dryer, soft fluffy towels, access to good TV/screaming options and high quality toilet paper. Not deal breakers or to ding a place in my opinion but these little things that make it feel more like home away from home don’t go unnoticed. We would definitely stay again and would recommend to others coming to the area.
