It also has a private garden, outside the building, one floor below.. The apartment is easily accessible from the center, bars and restaurants, grocery stores and the train station. Fabio was a planner of the 5T Park and has lots of info. A tourist tax of € 3 per person/day not included in Airbnb is to be paid on arrival (max. € 9 per person).

Guests would first park the car in the private carpark just in front of the building. As alternative location i can offer a lovely attic or a flat fully equiped in La Spezia close to 5terre train station , ideal if you trip with pubblic transportation (no car) at best price!
