The house offers: fully equipped open-space kitchen with fully automatic coffee machine, toaster, etc. On the roof is a PV system with battery storage with which the energy supply of the house and the state-of-the-art air heat pump is climate-friendly and guaranteed around the clock!

King Ludwig's Old Neighbour

Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

Enjoy your holiday with Franz, the quiet yet centrally located accommodation in the heart of Lermoos. Relax in our spacious garden with arbors and a barbecue area. Or experience our area on foot or by bike; various hiking and biking trails start right outside our front door. We are also happy to accommodate your four-legged friends. These cost €10 per pet per night and will be charged separately on arrival.

The cozy 1-room apartment is about 25 square meters, has a living-bedroom and a bathroom with shower/toilet. It was newly renovated in 2022. There is no separate kitchen, so there is no cooking facility, but refrigerator, coffee maker, crockery and kettle. The apartment exudes a "feel-good character" with beautiful furniture and harmonious light.

Detached wooden house in a very quiet location

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.
