Experience authentic Tyrolean charm in our over 100-year-old farmhouse. You can look forward to 4 cozy bedrooms (3 of them with their own washbasin), a rustic living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, a separate toilet, and a garden with a terrace and a grill. In summer, our alpacas often graze right next to the garden. Space for 8 people. Bed linens and towels are included. Pets are allowed by arrangement. Plus local tax on site (see below for details).

The open, bright interior design makes the suite a perfect place to enjoy. A special highlight is the freestanding bathtub, from which you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the Zugspitze massif. The apartment is located in the former Jagdschlössl, Ansitz Felsenheim.

Your place is located in the Zugspitzarena. She is known for its family-friendly ski resorts, is one of the best mountain bike areas in Europe and still offers many opportunities for further activities (Info website metspitzarena). Your place has a large spacious kitchen, a cozy living room and is located in a charming farmhouse on the 1st floor. My place is ideal for couples, solo travelers, and families (with up to 4 children).

Welcome to the Montana House. The Montana House is composed of ten individually furnished apartments for 2 to 5 people. All apartments are equipped with balcony, TV and fully equipped kitchen. If this apartment no. 10 does not fully meet your needs, please also inform yourself about our other apartments. Eur 3.00 pP/night from 15years of tourist tax will be charged. (1 dog allowed for €20.00 per dog/night, must be registered)

We have a key box for you so you can check in independently at any time. There are no other guests in the house. We live close by, so someone is always there for you when you need support. Here in the middle of the Alps and the Natura 2000 nature reserve, you can enjoy tranquility and relaxation with stunning views of the mountains and an idyllic lake.
