Holiday rentals with lake access in Les Allues

We were so happy in this place, it just had a really nice vibe, very quaint, spacious and with character. Very close to the lake and bike path lots of nice things nearby and the cherry on the cake was the loan of some bikes that made getting to the centre and getting around really quick and easy. The place came well stocked with a dishwasher and coffee and everything, and the host was very friendly and kind and helpful. I would come back for sure 👌

We had a wonderful stay at Emmanuelle’s amazing property. Great location with the lake being down the road, with easy access for a swim! Kitchen has great cooking utensils, would recommend cooking in Talloires as restaurants are quite expensive for what you get. We had quick communication and responses with any queries from Emmanuelle and she was lovely when we bumped into her! Will be returning one day :-)

Beautiful stay at Adeline's, very nice house, living room, terrace and balcony with a great view! Breakfast on the terrace with the birds singing was perfect! We'll be happy to come back 👍

What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

This is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Lake Annecy! Super easy to walk down to the lake—about a 5-10 min walk to a lovely beach for swimming. Also really quick to get to Annecy for shopping, restaurants etc. either by taxi or bus. The place is so beautiful—very clean and looks just like the photos. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the backyard area! Only thing to note is that it did get very hot during our stay in June! No AC and no screens on the doors/windows so it stayed quite hot even through the evening. Other than that the place was just perfect for our group!

This is not the first time we have been there and it is still great, both the accommodation and the recommendations for activities. Annabelle’s apartment was absolutely perfect for me, my wife and five year old. Easy walk to the slopes, right next to the restaurants and bars and a beautiful view from the south facing terrace. Would definitely come again and would be more than happy to add our 18m old as well, more than enough space. Thanks Annabelle

A lovely apartment in a very nice village. We were skiing and was very close to everything and easy. Apartment is clean, comfortable and has everything you need. Communication was very easy and quick -,we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend

Pleasant stay in Anouk's apartment. The apartment is clean, bright in a new and quiet building. We also enjoyed the parking in front of the building and the bike room. We discovered Bozel, a charming village.

Space was fine and very spacious. The surroundings are of course beautiful with views of snow-capped mountains. Easy to get higher in the mountains by car to hike. Supermarket nearby. Recommended.

Michelle offers a very pleasant place to live in, close to the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. The accommodation is described, small but well equipped and very functional. In good weather, you have to take advantage of the sunny terrace of the garden. We had a very pleasant stay in Saint-Jorioz and, although we did meet our hosts, the communication was clear and very cordial. Michelle has offered games for children, bikes for walks and is very attentive to her tenants. Annecy is beautiful but also all the small villages around the lake. We particularly recommend the beach/pool of Saint Jorioz, within walking distance!

Berenice’s house was exactly what we were looking for in Annecy. The house is beautifully decorated , only 10’ walk away from the beach. Bright and spacious rooms in a peaceful location, perfect for those who are looking for a relaxing place where to feel home. Berenice is a fantastic host, she gave clear instructions, was very responsive and accomodate our needs. A wonderful house with a homely atmosphere, rich in amenities and equipment and good spacious rooms. charming dining area on a lovely terrace in the garden, all surrounded by lush nature on all sides and the lake a stone's throw away. There is great calm around the house. The area offers plenty of opportunities for entertainment and activities. The host is very welcoming and helpful. We would very much like to return.

Imagine the perfect vacation home by a lake: A place that immediately provides a feeling of well-being – furnished with love, a touch of Mediterranean lightness and warm details that speak of hospitality. The equipment leaves no wish unfulfilled, ranging from small moments of luxury to everything a family may need. Our children had countless opportunities to play in the garden and by the water - boredom did not exist here. In the evening, sitting on the terrace, watching the sun set over the lake while a discreet laugh echoes somewhere - we have rarely breathed as deeply as here. This was our best holiday. A place you want to come back to.

We've spent a great vacation in St. Jorioz at the lake - it really is a treasure. The cottage is situated right by the lake and offers great views of the mountains, the lake, and the paragliders flying over it. We've had our bikes with us and hardly used the car to get all around the lake. The Boulangerie du Lac is just a few minutes away and offers great french pastries for breakfast and sandwiches to take on trips, various rental places for sailboates and paddle boards at reasonable prices are also near by.

Quietly nestled in the small hamlet of St Martin overlooking the Chéran Valley, the house is very pleasant to live in. This restored old farmhouse has kept its authenticity while offering perfect comfort. The large garden has stunning views of the vast landscape. The area is preserved, surrounded by farms that produce very good products to discover. A few km away, in the village of Lescheraines , you will find everything you need. Great stay so at Yves and Aline's who made us feel very welcome.
