A former longhouse renovated in 2022, this cottage welcomes you in a green, comfortable and quiet setting. Ideally located: close to the village and shops, 20 minutes from the center of Nantes and 40 minutes from La Baule and Guérande by car (There is also a train station in the village that serves Nantes and La Baule). The accommodation has an open kitchen overlooking a beautiful living room with a wood burning stove, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. The gite can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests.

At the entrance of the Audubon Marshes and a 5-minute walk from the village and the train station, our 38 m² all-wood chalet has a bedroom and a living area with its equipped kitchen (combined microwave, dishwasher, induction stove, etc.). The queen size bed, its large south-facing terrace and the tranquility of the environment will charm you. The cottage is 5 km from the RN 165, 15 km from the entrance to Nantes, 40 km from the beaches of the Côte de Jade and 50 km from La Baule

Situé à deux pas du centre-ville de Cordemais, ce studio spacieux et lumineux vous accueille pour un séjour confortable chez l’habitant. Idéalement placé, Cordemais se situe entre Nantes et Saint-Nazaire. Le logement est parfait aussi bien pour un séjour au vert, grâce aux sentiers environnants, que pour les personnes en déplacement professionnel dans la région. Ce logement offre un compromis idéal entre l’hôtel et la chambre chez l’habitant, avec toute l’autonomie nécessaire.

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. The bedroom/living room is equipped with a 140x200 bed, an AndroidTV , a wardrobe furniture and a dining table and a shower room Non-smoking accommodation.
