Cozy and authentic loft of approximately 100 m2 in a chalet built in 1811 with breathtaking mountain views, unique decor, and a warm atmosphere. You will appreciate this haven of relaxation during your stay. Ideal for 4 people. Close to shops (Thônes 4km), the Aravis ski resorts (La Clusaz/Grand Bornand, Manigod 15km), hiking trails, and Annecy (20km). Enjoy the comfort and tranquility of the surroundings. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Arrival from 2pm - departure 11am maximum -Independent accommodation in a quiet, secluded location. -Parking and 3kw EV socket
