Excellent location with a bus stop right outside the house. The house had everything needed for a perfect holiday, and the kids absolutely loved it. The entire week was a fantastic experience, and our whole family thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Would definitely recommend it to anyone. Thank you!

The chalet was beautiful and in a stunning setting. It had everything I needed for a restful stay. It was only 10-12 mins walk to the hospital which was invaluable to me whilst visiting my daughter after an operation. The hosts are amazing and go out of their way to help. There is an amazing Boulangerie 5 mins walk which is out of this world.

We were clearly emailed instructions on the day of check-in. The apartment is just like what was described and depicted. There was tea, coffee and sugar ready and we gratefully used it. Everything you could need was present, beautiful new kitchen with everything you need, the bed was lovely and showering was a party. But the finest we found was the spacious terrace with the beautiful view. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful apartment that gives the feeling of having its own chalet with a beautiful south facing terrace facing the slopes of Boissonnet. Very nice living space, extremely well equipped kitchen (rarely seen so many dishes in an Airbnb rental), comfortable bedding. Access to the village in 10-15mn on foot or with free bus service. Note that with young children walking, you have to walk 5 minutes by the road to get to the boissonnet roundabout; which is not very comfortable. Great rental, we had a great time.

Lovely Chalet, it is a great space for two families and has amazing views of Les Gets. It has everything you need; the hot tub and the coffee machine (need coffee beans not pods) were great additions. Simone was very helpful and quick to respond to messages. Highly recommend and keen to stay again!

We had a great time in the apartment. Sauze was very helpful and kindly allowed us to arrive a bit earlier and also to leave later, which we really appreciated as we had a late flight home. The apartment was quiet, clean, had everything we needed and is well positioned. It is close to the piste at Prarion gondola and approx 10 min walk to bars and restaurants. It was a challenge getting the car into the garage - it really is as small as it looks in the photo! So would advise a compact car only (although there is other parking available not too far away). Would definitely recommend!

Had a very pleasant stay enjoyed the barbecue and the swimming a spa/jacuzzi is also available though we could figure out how to get it on.

Words can’t even begin to describe how pleased my group and I were with this place. The chalet was absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and even better than we imagined. With a group of 8, it was the perfect fit for our trip to Chamonix Mont Blanc. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and the views were breathtaking. Norbert was an outstanding host—super responsive, accommodating, and made our stay seamless from start to finish. He even went above and beyond to accommodate our private chef, who arrived early on the first day to prepare a welcome dinner before we got there. That level of service truly set the tone for an incredible stay. Also, just a heads up: the pictures truly don’t do this place justice. It’s even more beautiful in person. I highly, highly recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip to the area. We’re already talking about coming back!

We had a great weekend at this little cottage with friends and our dog. The neighborhood is very quiet, the garden is spacious. The cottage is very tidy and very clean. It's a very warm house and it feels good:) We'll be happy to go back!

We had a great time! The apartment, decorated with great taste, combines charm and modernity thanks to its state-of-the-art amenities. Everything is designed to offer maximum comfort, whether with family or friends. A real break in the countryside that I highly recommend!

Very pleasant stay at the foot of Pointe des Brasses! Peaceful terrace and garden. Very refreshing holidays. Lots of board games and books available in case of bad weather or to stay quiet at home.

Fully equipped chalet, 20 minutes walk from the Vercland ski lift and a few restaurants. The place is quiet is magical when there is snow (probably very good without snow but we had snow from having a snowy Christmas)!

Very nice well-equipped apartment. We were two families with a total of 5 children and the apartment is well organized. It is possible to reach the ski slopes via a small teleski in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.

A lovely place in Chamonix - perfect for a small group or family. The views are amazing, you have parking, and the bus and grocery store are right up the hill. Hopefully we will be back!

The apartment is spacious and of high standard build with quality materials. The layout is functional with the large living room with both dining and lounge area. The kitchen was well-appointed, and had everything we needed. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Beds were comfortable and there was sufficient space for luggage and clothes in all bedrooms. We were a group of six, and enjoyed our stay very much. We especially appreciated that the apartment was quiet at night-time even though it is right in the center of Chamonix. The location is fantastic with everything just outside the door, and very short walking distance to the ski bus. Erik was friendly and responsive in connection with booking the apartment, and property manager Tim was great by always responding quickly to our questions and requests. We strongly recommend the apartment as a real gem for a luxury stay in Chamonix.

Superb location - 5 min walk (in hiking boots) from Courmayeur - Plan Checrouit Funiva. Great views. Clean, warm and everything we needed in the kitchen to cool for 2 adults and 2 children. 3rd bedroom has no blinds so take an eye mask ( luckily we did).

What a pleasure to see the snowy mountains lying in bed, to look at the slopes of the 2 balconies. Tastefully refurbished and modern apartment, very functional nothing missing. Ideally located for skiers and also in summer for walkers. On the 5th floor everything is quiet and relaxing. Very welcoming hosts and concerned about the well-being of his tenants: We can only recommend. M & B

Excellent location in the center of Chamonix overlooking Mont Blanc, very quiet first floor apartment with no disturbing noise. Very well equipped, only a microwave would be missing. The accommodation is decorated nice. Photos are real. Joana was always very friendly and willing. Everything is highly recommended, location, tranquility, comfort, equipment, balcony views and Joana's service!. Don't hesitate to stay here!
