Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

Recently restored with eco-friendly materials, located in the center of a landscaped plot of 2 hectares crossed by a stream, century-old trees, beehives. Great for a relaxing and bucolic stay. Close to the famous Mayenne towpath, between Coudray and Daon. Numerous hiking, biking and horseback riding trails nearby. Châteaux de la Loire are an hour's drive away.

Enjoy the whirlpool bath in the bedroom, a 180 x 200 king size bed, fiber optic internet, and everything you need to spend one or more nights. Check-in is independent and discreet. A bottle of sparkling wine is offered as well as coffee capsules, chocolate and tea bags for breakfast. You have a raclette set, a fondue set and a chocolate set.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.

Located in Montreuil-Juigné, our outbuilding is a 5-minute walk from the Mayenne, ideal for beautiful walks or bike rides. Our town has all the amenities and is a 10-minute drive to downtown Angers (possibility to take the bus and tram). The place can accommodate up to 3 people (1 couple + 1 child).
