Located at 1200 m altitude, in the hamlet of Belleface, our Chalet is surrounded by nature on the legendary Kandhar ski slope which hosts the Alpine Ski World Cup. Not overlooked, with a 40 m2 terrace, you will appreciate the tranquility of the place and the spectacular view of the Mont Blanc range, the Aiguille du Midi and the Chamonix Valley. We have tastefully furnished the bottom of the chalet and provided all the comforts necessary for you to have a pleasant stay in summer or winter.

modern chalet, 2 double bedrooms and a sleeping alcove ,2 shower rooms, a fully equipped kitchen. whole house, garden and carport for 2 cars. at the end of a quiet road, close to buses (100 meters), trains , and the center of Les Houches(10 mn walking), les Houches ski resort ( 5 minutes) and all the chamonix resorts (20 to 40 minutes). It’s next to the village ski slope, which leads down to a skating rink. A free evening ski and show take place every Thursday during the winter season.

Hi , I am offering my newly renovated 2-room apartment on the ground floor, with parking and private entrance. You have nearby the departure and arrival of the TMB, access to the ski area with ski lifts, a bus stop to get to Chamonix and a supermarket within a 5-minute walk.
