House in the heart of the vineyards, 2.5 km from the village of Saint-Emilion. Quiet environment. Three bedrooms including two modular (2 x 90 or 1 x 180). The property can accommodate one couple with four children or a maximum of three couples. Bed linens and bath towels are provided. Separate bathroom and toilets. Separate and fully equipped kitchen. Pétanque and molkky area, garden table and chairs, BBQ. The cottage (110 m²) is a former winemaker's house that was fully renovated in 2018.

The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort.
