The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000m2. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, ...) is 30 min away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

the small country house is a new and warm house without any overlooking, completely independent (small fully enclosed garden, terrace and private parking). it is located at the end of a small wooded path. the environment is very quiet and relaxing. close to Suisse Normande, this hilly place is ideal for walks in the countryside, in the forest (Grimboscq forest 3 km away) or along the Orne, whether on foot or by bike.
