Nice apartment tastefully decorated by @OMSTYLE HOME, 38 m2 + 6 m2 terrace. 3rd floor with elevator, not overlooked. Very quiet, bedroom and living room overlooking SEA VIEW terrace and greenery. In the popular district of Gourmalon, close to the train station and the port, a supermarket and other shops, 100 m from the Thalasso (partner rates for my guests😁), the Source beach and the magnificent Chemin des Douaniers. Ideal place to relax in peace but close to everything!

Gite by the sea, quiet, located on a large landscaped lot. Uncrowded Direct Beach Access. Gite on the ground floor of the west wing, sea side of the main house. There are two more independent gites on the land, and a house rented year-round at the entrance. Isolated property, along the dune, in natura 2000 area, but just 2.5 km from the center and the SNCF station of Moutiers-en-Retz with local shops. 20 minutes from Pornic old port and supermarkets.

Inside the pod, a kitchen area, a bedroom area, and a bathroom with toilet. Fully equipped for 2 people. No visitors allowed. For people who would like to come with a child under 2 years old (classified as a baby on Airbnb) there is no space for a baby bed so we prefer not to thank you

Accommodation with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with toilet, 1 bathroom and separate toilet, shared terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped (coffee machine, kettle, oven, dishwasher, toaster...). There is also a washing machine. Ample parking beside house. Perfect for a family vacation!
