The property consists of an open plan living room with kitchen, sofa bed, television, WIFI & breakfast bar. Accessed by a spiral staircase, upstairs is a mezzanine double bedroom & en-suite bathroom. Outside you have your own shaded garden or full sun-terrace with lovely sunsets views. For winter visitors there is underfloor heating with thermostat control.

Perfect for a nature stay in the Périgord Noir, between Lascaux and Sarlat. Ideal for 2 adults, private hot tub open year-round, outdoor, not covered, terrace. The room is located upstairs, the accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
