Transformée en 2015, cette bâtisse jadis office de grenier, a conservé des éléments architecturaux traditionnels. Accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite ( ascenseur) avec un parking privatif à disposition. L’appartement ainsi que la terrasse sont non fumeur.

Magnificent private studio in a quiet annex of a contemporary villa. You will enjoy access to the rooftop with a 360 view of the lake and the mountains. The studio is located 5 minutes by car from Vevey / Montreux and 10 from the Lavaux (Unesco) vineyards. A bus connects the Tour de Peilz in a few minutes with a link to Vevey Lausanne, Geneva. For cleaning reasons, checkin and checkout times are not flexible. We don't accept pets or children.

The highlight is the terrace with a magnificent view. The table in front of the loft is reserved for you. The shower/WC is small but functional. Kitchen with large gas cooker, oven, dishwasher and cool crockery. Natural materials and beautiful furniture.
