The chalet is an individual construction fully available and reserved for the guests. So are the terrace and the surroundings ( a small river, a private bridge and access to the forest ). Ce magnifique chalet est situé dans une impasse très tranquille, avec du stationnement gratuit. C'est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre toute l'année, avec sa vue imprenable et son salon cosy avec cheminée. Il a été rénové, en juillet 2016, à un niveau élevé, avec le confort de nos clients comme priorité. Accès facile aux fantastiques stations de ski de La Clusaz et du Grand Bornand et à 30 minutes en voiture du spectaculaire lac d'Annecy. J'ai hâte de partager mon beau chalet avec vous.

modern chalet, 2 double bedrooms and a sleeping alcove ,2 shower rooms, a fully equipped kitchen. whole house, garden and carport for 2 cars. at the end of a quiet road, close to buses (100 meters), trains , and the center of Les Houches(10 mn walking), les Houches ski resort ( 5 minutes) and all the chamonix resorts (20 to 40 minutes). It’s next to the village ski slope, which leads down to a skating rink. A free evening ski and show take place every Thursday during the winter season.

Bien que situé à côté de notre maison, le gîte est entièrement indépendant et intime.
