La maison est composée de trois chambres, une salle de bain, une cuisine équipée et un salon/salle à manger spacieux. La maison dispose de deux terrasses, dont la plus grande est équipée d'un barbecue et un four à pain. Les toilettes et la salle de bain sont équipées pour les personnes âgées ou en situation de handicap.
